    Top Class Resort

    I went with my Fiancé and we absolutely enjoyed every second of our trip. The staff was amazing, especially the entertainment team, they went above and beyond to ensure that everyone is having a good time despite Covid.The food was also a high point for us, it was just amazing. We are looking forward to our next visit.

    The new upgrade to the appearance in the rooms are great but the food was not good very repetitive while I understand it's covid right now but the quality is not very good and it's not just now I went to another Riu in Jamaica last year a different parish it was the same experience and some of the server's are very rude to the guest. Riu brand definitely on a professional note needs to hire people who want to be at work and have a welcoming and friendly attitude when it comes to guest because people are spending their hard earned time and money to stay at Riu brand when there are many brands of choices that guest can choose from and patronize but they choose to stay at Riu brand and should be treated as such. Thank you

    No. Just no.

    No. If you are a tourist definitely do NOT go on a weekend. Its like a locals club scene as early as 9pm. I checked in on a Tuesday. It was alright considering pandemic circumstances.... seems like they are taking all the precautions and the. Friday hits and the staff doesn't seem to be able to control anyone. I watched a staff member tell multiple people to put masks on and get blatantly ignored and disrespected to which the offender got no reprimand. They've lost control on the weekends. But worst of all seem to cater to the craziness. Absolutely not a place to visit if you are traveling with family or children. Spring breakers go for it! I would check out if my trip wasn't almost over.

    Can’t wait to go home!

    This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had at an all inclusive resort. Mind I have been to places while changing ownership. During hurricane season etc. I am not a snowflake who expects perfection all of the time but this place is a shytestorm. This was surely a better than decent place prior to Covid but now. smh Most of the pools closed, hot tubs closed, night club closed ... evening shows have no social distancing, the restaurants are open on a rave like schedule and the service in all of them is equally terrible. The food is awful as well and I skipped dinner one night. This will be the first vacation that I lost weight on. This makes me feel like even with the safety precautions it just wasn’t work the plane trip to come here. I would not recommend it nor do I wish to come back. The staff here is very rude and lazy. My current stay will end Sunday... good riddance

    Immaculately Clean

    Very clean with cleaning going on all the time,speciality restaurants closed most of the time, which was somewhat disappointing, food in general could be a little more varied our stay was 2 weeks during that time the food did get somewhat monotonous, the swimming pools that were the closest to our room were closed most of the time also which was also disappointing.Despite these disappointing things we did enjoy our stay and would stay again if the price was adjusted for the closed portions of facilities.
