We went on a family trip to celebrate a family member's birthday. They decorated an area in the restaurant for the bday dinner and the waitresses were so helpful. We even stayed after the restaurant closed and they never made us feel rushed. The check-in was quick and they were so helpful. I had an issue with my CC and the supervisor Elecia was absolutely AMAZING!!! Her customer service was great! The entertainment team members were so fun! Sabrina is a gem! She always made us feel at home and she blended right in with our family. She's an absolute delight! Jay is also so nice! He played dominoes with our family and always check in on us when he saw us. I honestly have nothing bad to say, other than it rained a few afternoons lol

Very nice hôtel second Time there. A bit far from airport but it worth it. Very good good. Lot of choices. You need to try pepes food

I absolutely LOVE RIU OCHO RIOS
It was my first of many trips to Jamaica and I absolutely loved the hotel. All the staff was so nice and friendly. I enjoyed all the activities, the food, the room. I can not wait to return. I enjoyed celebrating my 40th Birthday in Jamaica at the Riu.

Wonderful resort with lots to do
Our family thoroughly enjoyed the daily snorkeling off the beach, the waterslides, the volleyball, the water sports, the foam party, neon party and entertainment. The food was great, the room spacious. Our vacation in paradise was everything we needed

Chilling in Jamacia
Enjoyed a fortnight here,clean hotel ,beautiful grounds.Our room was spacious lovely balcony,mini bar and optics, spacious bathroom.Food good, tried all restaurants steak and Chinese our favourite.Buffet very good choice ate there evenings and lunch jerk chicken station good but a lot of queuing.I think steak restaurant would be better if in a quieter location not near main restaurant.Entertainment absolutely fantastic especially white night,by day there was entertainment but we relaxed by one of pools and beach.Staff worked hard , especially bar staff.Went on two trips one to KIngston town and Dunn river falls and 9 mile, our guide tamika was excellent.All in all very good value for money, very enjoyable.
