Absolutely enjoyed the stay with friends from different countries and places. Property was freshly refurbished and beautiful staff were friendly and helpful especially Lennox the bell cap

Riu negril
I have been coming here for the past 5 years and the service is topnotch love the front desk personnel shanae is NY girl love her she is one of the main reason my wife and family contact bk and also Tracey the waitress

We booked a jr suite and when we arrived we were told that the room we booked was not available, so they had to downgrade us. We’ve been coming here for years and have never experienced this. She said that if we don’t prepay, there’s not a guarantee. So I asked, booking means nothing? It’s the same as showing up and getting what’s available? She said yes. Worthless to even plan ahead. We will not be staying here again

Family Easter holiday
Fabulous family holiday to beautiful Riu Negril. Very high standard of hotel with great facilities right on the beach. Entertainment team are brilliants and there were a lot of activities to suit adults and kids from day time through to late evening.

Absolutely Amazing
Resort was absolutely beautiful. Staff was on point and everytime you turned around there was someone there cleaning up and checking on you to see if you needed anything. Highly recommended we will be going back
