Check-in Policy - Deposits or credit/debit card hold authorizations are not requested at check-in. "Minimum age of 18 is required for check-in, an ID/Passport will be requested upon arrival.
Convention Policy : Groups traveling together can book this property for their stay taking advantage of group benefits such as 6th or 11th complimentary guest, Group dinner reservation, One complimentary cocktail hour with a selection of appetizers, One complimentary massage for the group leader, Complimentary room upgrades to the next category, Fruit plate and bottle of wine for the VIP, Private check-in when arriving together, Welcome sign. Hotel Spring Break Policy -
1. Student / Spring Breaker Groups (21 years of age or older) will be accepted ONLY at Riu Latino hotel.
2. All Student / Spring Breaker Group reservations are strictly On Request and will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the corresponding Destination Sales Department. RIU Hotels & Resorts reserves the right of admission and may reject any request at its sole discretion.
3. If a Student / Spring Breaker Group is accepted:
a. The number of rooms will be deducted from the contracted allotments
b. Minimum Age requirement: 21 years of age or older.
c. The Hotel may request proof of age in the form of passport or official ID
d. Each room must submit a signed liability agreement upon check-in.
4. At all other RIU properties Student Groups / Spring Breakers (either groups or individuals, regardless of age) are not allowed at any time during the year.
5. Guests disturbing or generating complaints from other guests or hotel may be removed from the property, at their own expense.

6. Student / Spring Breaker Groups must comply with any protocols (hotel and government) in place at the time of stay at the hotel.

Overall the entire resort and staff were excellent. Entertainment was awesome. Themes changed everyday.

Great Adult-Only All Inclusive Getaway
Wonderful stay. Staff are kind and helpful and work hard. Rooms are beautiful and kept clean. Nice choice of restaurants. Love the hammocks on the beach!. Nice to have different pool areas and the water slides are great!

Exceptional Experience – Highly Recommended! From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, with complimentary drinks offered upon arrival. Our room was immaculate, elegantly designed, and offered stunning views. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping service kept everything spotless throughout our stay. We appreciated the luxurious touches like high-end toiletries, plush robes, and a well-stocked minibar. The facilities were outstanding — the pool area was serene and beautifully maintained, the spa services were top-tier, and the on-site restaurants offered a variety of delicious cuisine, with impeccable service. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently situated near [insert local attractions or features if needed], but it still felt like a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Cleanest resort by far!
My husband and I were there for 6 nights. While the hotel is a little further from the airport than the hotel zone it is WORTH the drive up! The resort is stunning, staff is so friendly and helpful. We primarily stayed in the swim up bar on the left side of the property (less crazy) and Casear was the BEST (by day 2 he knew our drink and kept our glasses always full! Food was decent (Italian was by far our favorite). If you're looking for a relaxing vacation resort (not too crazy) this is the place! Highly recommend.

Great for groups!
We had group of 12. It was small enough to keep track of everyone. Had no issues getting seated for dinners or finding spots at the pool for everyone! The cleanest hotel I think I have ever stayed at!
