Check-in Policy - Deposits or credit/debit card hold authorizations are not requested at check-in. "Minimum age of 18 is required for check-in, an ID/Passport will be requested upon arrival.

Hotel Spring Break Policy -
1. Student / Spring Breaker Groups (21 years of age or older) will be accepted ONLY at Riu Latino hotel.
2. All Student / Spring Breaker Group reservations are strictly On Request and will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the corresponding Destination Sales Department. RIU Hotels & Resorts reserves the right of admission and may reject any request at its sole discretion.
3. If a Student / Spring Breaker Group is accepted:
a. The number of rooms will be deducted from the contracted allotments
b. Minimum Age requirement: 21 years of age or older.
c. The Hotel may request proof of age in the form of passport or official ID
d. Each room must submit a signed liability agreement upon check-in.
4. At all other RIU properties Student Groups / Spring Breakers (either groups or individuals, regardless of age) are not allowed at any time during the year.
5. Guests disturbing or generating complaints from other guests or hotel may be removed from the property, at their own expense.

6. Student / Spring Breaker Groups must comply with any protocols (hotel and government) in place at the time of stay at the hotel.

Had a great time and good value for the money. Pro’s: Relatively new resort and they are constant cleaning and it’s very well maintained. Lots of pools and each has its own distinct vibe Beach was clean and no vendors and not in the tourist district (Hotel Zone) Service was good and breakfast was good at the buffet and the tacos at Pepe’s by the pool was very good!! View from room was amazing and the resort was not expensive to stay at. Con’s: Drinks were weak and dinner at the buffet wasn’t very good. Lots of variety but not very good. Italian restaurant was the better of the restaurants but in general dinner was meh.

Amazing Experience, a must!
From the moment we got there we were given prosecco while the bell boy took our luggage up to our room. The hotel wasn't our first choice, but it didn't disappoint. The rooms were amazing we had a partial view of the sea. There were optics of tequila, gin, vodka and Bacardi all branded bottles. The fridge was always filled with, beer, mixes, water and cans of pop. The only criticism was the coffee bags must have been very expensive as we had to ask at the reception 4 days in a row to get some sent to our room. The food was amazing if you couldn't find something you liked then there is no pleasing you... The entertainment team were awesome, the silent disco was definitely a favourite of ours. All the staff were friendly and very hard working, the hotel was immaculate... The onsite was expensive but you get that in any country. The bars were brilliant especially the swim up pool bars, nothing was an issue. A lot of people bought insulated cups to keep the drinks cold for longer, I always asked for prosecco and they filled it to the top. We were advised not to take dollars, but no issues, ensure you take a lot of 1 dollar bills to tip the staff, to be fair you don't have to spend any money at all, but we thought the staff deserved a tip as never saw any staff member miserable, always happy and eager to please. It shows what a great employer the Riu are as we spoke to many members of staff and some of them have been with the hotel chain for quite a number of years. Will definitely go back, thank you for our first experience of Mexico, loved it..

Excellent customer service, great room size, nice installation, good recreations, o my one suggestion for tourist and workers “THE ADMINISTRATION NEED TO INSTALL WALK WAYS TO GET IN THE BEACH”

An excellent resort. New and beautiful. Would go back again. The people were very friendly and informative. We had a swim up room which we enjoyed to the fullest. Lots to choose from the buffets. The rooms were very clean. The area around the pool and grounds were magnificent. Reception staff was very accommodating. Night shows were great. House keeping was real good.

Great resort in Costa Mujeres (near Cancun)
We traveled with a group of nine people, and this resort was very accommodating. I gave it high marks on service and cleanliness… The best I’ve experienced at an all inclusive. The food was standard all inclusive fair… The restaurants were nice, but if they could work on anything, it would be the food quality. To be clear, there were plenty of food options, which was a huge bonus! The beach was beautiful and well kept, and the pools were amazing with a fantastic bar staff who kept the drinks flowing. They had entertainment every night, which was a huge plus. I would stay here again!
