Food was really good, room was standard and staff were nice. For the price point we paid, it stood the value. Big beach, endless walking if that’s your thing. Resort is large, lots of walking fr room to pool and its due for a renovation but still nice. Access to neighbouring RIU Vallarta for lunch and drinks. Pool there is awesome for adults. Infinity pool with view of ocean. We walked over a lot!

We arrived at 11am. Check in wasn’t until 3pm. We were able to get wristbands to get lunch and use the amenities. At 3 the room was ready, they sent a text to get keys.room was clean. The whole facility was clean, food was good. Italian was our favorite dinner. The neon party was fun. Great 3 day stay.

Great Family Destination
Had a great time with our kids and our parents. Lots of entertainment so it was easy to find things everyone loved to do. Hoping to visit again!

Perfect for a getaway
No complaints at all, good variety of food, lots of activities or if you just want to relax. Close to the beach.

Another great trip for our family!!!!!!
The resort was great (as always), Jalisco has charm, the food is good and very consistent. But, what makes the resort memorable is the staff, we have now visited enough times that we recognize many long term staff throughout the resort which adds to the family spirit for Riu Jalisco. Of special note is Esaul (Front Desk) and Jackie (Italian Restaurant). They both went above and beyond to make our family trip memorable. They should be commended for their efforts!!
