This hotel was very nice. Great selection of adult and kids pools, with the ocean easy access. Enjoyed the location not being in the middle of the crowded town. The food choices were good, with the buffet being the best bet. Wish they would have had a Mexican restaurant. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Our hotel fridges didn’t get restocked on schedule, which is disappointing when you can’t drink the tap water. Overall great place if you are wanting to relax and not be close to town.

Crisantos was the best! No other ways to explain!!! The overall experience was so amazing the view is soo incredible the people here are so nice and helpful and hard working I loveeee it here!

We would come back!
Stayed here for a family vacation as it was recommended to us by a friend, would come back! The service is great and the staff is all kind. Food was 8/10, entertainment was great and the beach and pools were amazing! The only downside is they don't have 24/7 room service and only the bar is open which only has fridge food and some warm tacos. We previously stayed at Moon Palace and it was amazing but the beach wasnt that great!

BEST HOTEL EVER SHOULD BE 5 STARS!!!!!
ok this hotel is the best out of all of mexico it is definently worth visiting it has a waterpark a great beach view cool rooms working air conditioners a massive community and the staff are very nice. The food... oh my, it is the best ones. 5 star
