    Not bad experience

My stay at Rio Hotel had both good and frustrating moments. When I arrived, the check-in process was a bit chaotic. There was a long line, even though the self-check-in kiosks were available — unfortunately, they weren’t working, which added to the delay. The room itself was a positive part of the stay. I was given a spacious room with two queen beds, which was clean and comfortable. However, the lobby in my tower felt deserted — all the stores were closed, and it gave off a quiet, almost abandoned vibe. One thing that stood out was the security. It was actually the first time I experienced a hotel checking room keys before allowing access to the elevator. While surprising, it did add a sense of safety. Room service was a bit hit-or-miss. I called the first night and no one ever showed up, but service was fine after that. The biggest disappointment came with the customer service. I had an issue I wanted to escalate and was told the manager would call me. I followed up three separate times, and while one of the supervisors took my number and promised a return call, it's now been over a month with no response. That level of customer care really brought down the overall experience — I’d rate it a 2 out of 5. Overall, the hotel has potential with its spacious rooms and decent security, but the poor customer service and unresponsive management left a bad impression.

    Awesome!!

Free Self- parking, convenient location, quick check-in process, an apartment sized room with comfy bed, splendid room service, can't ask for more and overall great experience. I would love to stay at this hotel again on my future visits to LV.

    Dystopian Hotel

Check-in was brutal. There was only one staff member for a huge line of people. This is on a Saturday afternoon! They seem severely understaffed. Just another example of corners being cut post-Covid. We pay more for less nowadays. There are strange off-putting odors throughout the hotel, aside from the constant smell of cigarette smoke. The food court exclusively uses QR codes to place orders, very off-putting and typical of a techno-dystopia. The un-renovated wing of the hotel has the vibe of an abandoned mall. The unrenovated rooms look like they haven’t been updated since the 70s. There is a window from the shower looking into the bedroom, very strange. The water pressure on the shower head was terrible. Would not recommend staying here.

    8/10 Would stay again

Although the beds and pillows were not as comfortable as we hoped. The room was clean, well positioned near parking and easy to get in and out. Quiet halls, decent view....The Value was reasonable and would consider staying again. Perhaps in the newly renovated tower.

One night at Rio Hotel Las Vegas.

Bedding and toilet is very clean. Room smell is clean. Directions to the room from the lift is very clear. Receptoon staff handled check in very professionally and fast. The hotel is self sufficient with a 24 hour shop that sells everything under the roof.
