    Restfull Spa weekend!!!!!!!!!!!

Marriott Ross bridge is beautiful. The staff is amazing. Everyone there was helpful and extremely nice. The SPA was awesome and was a custom experience. Leisa was a server at the restuarant and was special. Alex made our stay memorable. I can't wait to return to take advantage of all the outside activities.

Not enforcing Marriott mask policy. Don’t stay if you have any concerns about COVID.

Upon entering the hotel with our masks and face shields we were greeted by a huge wedding party (after calling to confirm they they do indeed comply with Marriott rules on COVID) without masks. Staff said nothing (you have to face them while at the desk). People came out of the elevators with no masks and families stroll leisurely barefoot in swim suits and no masks. We did not see one guest masked. We needed a place to stay after driving and adhering to strict protocols (gas stops only). If you need a place to stay that adheres to Marriott policies, both Eylton and the Grand Bohemian Mountain Brook do and are amazing. We tried this hotel believing that they would be adhering to their required basic policies of masking but the promise is false. Praying for the safety of the employees who were masked but unfortunately management is failing to protect them and their guests as promised.

    Very Nice Hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business conference. The location is a little out of the way, but if you are looking for that then this is the place. The surrounding village is also very nice . It is reminiscent of an old English village. The rooms were very nice and clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The food in the restaurant and room service were also very good. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

    Company Christmas Party

We had a company meeting and a Christmas party. We ate dinner at the on site restaurant and it was fantastic. The breakfast the next day might have been even better. My wife loved her spa day. I would recommend staying here.

    Retreat

The service was excellent. We were allowed to check in early and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had to choose not to eat at the hotel except for one morning for breakfast. It was just too expensive for us to consider. It is a beautiful location and we would consider going back there for a personal stay in the future.
