Gustavo and the rest of the staff are fantastic! They always went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best experience during our stay. I highly recommend staying at Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta for a wonderful trip to the beautiful Riviera Nayarita!

Family friendly resort!!!
Karla with entertainment staff was amazing. My son enjoyed dance lessons and competitions at the pool.. thank you Karla and all Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta for making us feel at home!! I recommend to make reservations asap upon arrival as specialty restaurants book quickly.

To start, this was our 2nd visit to Krystal Grand so we went knowing what to expect. We booked the deluxe tropical view which was on the 2nd floor of bldg #6. After 1 night, we decided to upgrade as the room had a few issues (poor A/C, no closet/wardrobe to hang clothes, zero view, neighbors constantly smoking on the balcony 🤢) The request was handled very well and soon we were moved to tower #4 with balcony overlooking the main pool. It was lovely!!! Shout out to the front desk staff as they were very accommodating and willing to help. Also HUGE shout out to Alexander at the customer service desk - he was incredibly helpful with figuring out the ap for Ala carte reservations and securing reservations for our group. Also HUGE thanks to all the servers and support staff in the buffet, restaurants and bar areas Miguel & Esther for making us feel like family. Irving, Alejandro, Arturo to name a few others! Yes, the resort isn’t new but everyone from bell boys, maids and front staff go above and beyond to make your holiday great!! We will be back!

Fun filled all inclusive
Wonderful family friendly resort, lots of choices for food. Super fun activities and comfy rooms. Booked in for a special birthday dinner at The Grill where all the staff came out to sing happy birthday/make fireworks with a pillow. Would definitely come back.

Great time at the grill
Went to The Grill on Italian night for supper. Oscar was an amazing server and host for our supper! He was hospitable, kind, and provided fast service - fulfilling our every need! This was a wonderful place to grab food and I can’t say enough about the service. Thanks for a great supper Oscar!
