We stayed at the resort for 1 week. Would recommend getting a room in the altitude tower. Food is excellent in the restaurant. Ayami and the grill were great! Eduardo gave an exceptional service. We felt so welcomed and cared for. Food was great and adapted to our food restrictions.

Ayami restaurante
we received an excellent service by Eduardo at Ayami restaurant. The food was excellent,we even we back twice to try the Ayami Grill experience. I recommend to try this restaurant if you are at the Krystal. By far the best restaurant for experience and service !

Oct 13, 2024Our First trip to Cancun and stay at Krystal Grand Cancun
I found everything to be reasonable. There are three persons who made our stay wonderful and help us ignore the small defects. Zacarías from the Italian restaurant was amazing. He went above and beyond to make us feel good and satisfied. Roberto from Altitude, serving the breakfast and also at the Moskito bar. He’s amazing, though he’s young, he was always trying to make sure we were content with his servíce and lastly, Monica. They were exceptional. Different from Sarah at the front desk at the Altitude. When I asked for help she didn’t volunteer to help, for example, it’s very difficult to reserve a spot at the restaurant, so I asked many times for help and she never offered to help. Her attitude isn’t the best for her to be in front of the Altitude, where it’s supposed to be the higher and top area from the hotel. In the private pool, there’s no people watching to make sure only Altitude customers are on the pool or people serving food and or drink in that area. Everything else was good. First time visiting Cancun.

Great food!
Ayami restaurant was great. Eduardo was a great host. He was friendly and attentive. The good was absolutely dwlicio6and portioned well. Sushi was cooked to perfection. The house sake is to die for. Sweet and beautiful. I hope to return soon.
