The best part was Alexander, Alexis, Ana, Angel, Cecilia and Frederick were all amazing and accommodating. The buffet food was good - I'd like a bit more healthier food but it was very good. We went to La Petite Fondue. Check out the Cabanas at the pool BUT know it's not included in your all-inclusive BUT at $85 for the day and Alexis tending to you - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We spent 4 days of fun in the sun. THANK YOU 😁

8th time in last 24 mths! amazing service from everyone (who remember you by name upon return)! Guest service mgr Alexander, and assit Migel always going the extra mile to make sure our vaca was the best. Very good food, drinks and rooms adequate. small intimate resort just what we like

We had the pleasure of meeting agapito this man is the salt of the earth he collects cups everyday and he should be the face of this company he is fantastic. The room was ok air-conditioning didn't work Carlos should not be a face of the hotel rude and obnoxious he should be a pool boy what a rude man. The food was ok buffet fantastic but not up on dietary requirements which was a bummer for both of us. Alexander on the front desk great nothing was to much trouble. Agapito even got my wife a birthday cake which was so unexpected what a guy. Would we return for the staff yes for the room and facilities no.

Great holiday!
I had an amazing stay at Punta Cana Princess – the resort is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service was outstanding, and the entire staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Yanelya at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Her warm smile and dedication truly made our vacation unforgettable!

Paradise
Absolutely no other place like the princess! We will be back again next year. Best service always. The staff always go above and beyond for us and accommodate us anyway they can. You truly feel like family and that is why we return every year. We will be booking our next vacation and return soon.
