Nice Quiet Relaxing Resort
Nice Hotel in the Phoenix area. 2 Room suite was very spacious. Prices were very cheap because of the off-peak and the water park was not open. Pools were nice size and you felt like you were in a plush, quaint upscale resort. Room had a balcony and the views were nice. The staff was very friendly.
Nice but pricey
The value of this resort was not fantastic. The rooms were beautiful but it was expensive - not just the room but the food and extras. Many things were closed since it was the off season. I also had a huge issue with the laundry, though I was compensated. We had been traveling for weeks (cross country, military move) so it was imperative I do laundry. There are only 3 washers and dryers throughout the whole resort and one was broken! I had to walk all the way to the main building to do my laundry, which couldn’t have been further away. The people were nice but I find this unacceptable. Get more laundry facilities! Other than that issue, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Just wouldn’t plan to do laundry and maybe pack some of our own food.
Fun little gem in the heart of the city
We booked this as a family of 6- kids ranging from 5-12 with hotel points. My kids loved the “water park” which consists of a pool, lazy river, water slide and hot tub. There were also tennis courts, mini golf, and a basketball courts and equipment for all could be checked out at the desk. There are also a couple of smaller pools and hot tubs within each of the individual buildings. Resort is a bit older but well taken care of. The room we had was a one bedroom with 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a pullout couch in the living room. Overall a great stay. We will definitely stay here again!
Beautiful facility and exceptional customer service. Close to shopping and other attractions but what you likely need is on the property and you might not want to leave. Great amenities for adults but also for little ones.
Rooms were cheaply designed
Gap in door to room. Carpet was dirty, had to call for shampoo. For the price of the room we got (which was apparently renovated) there was a huge gap in the door. We could see the outside of the hotel under the door- at least a 2inch wide and length to outside.
