Beginning with a single cottage in 1953, Pink Shell is now an expansive 12 acres. We are surrounded by the Matanzas Pass on one side of our island and Gulf of Mexico on the other. Though it has been expanded, renovated and rebranded since the first beachfront property that sat on the sand, the Fort Myers, Florida resort continues to celebrate the memories that were once made on the sun-kissed beach while providing all the necessities for friends and families to make ones of their own.
Our Fort Myers Beach hotel is a Boykin Lodging Company offering studios, one- and two-bedroom accommodations, meeting facilities, a spa, full-service marina, fitness center, two restaurants and fun activities for the whole family.

Devin served us at Jacks and was so welcoming and attentive!!! This morning, Devin absolutely crushed it when he served us breakfast. From the second we walked in, he greeted us with the biggest smile and made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. He remembered everyone’s names and even got our orders down without having to ask twice. Devin moved around the table with so much energy, making sure drinks were full, checking in on us, and somehow managing to be everywhere at once. He was patient, super friendly, and just had the best vibe overall. Even when it got a little hectic, he stayed calm and never let it show. It honestly made our morning so much better. You could tell he genuinely cared about giving good service. If anyone deserves a shoutout, it’s Devin—he went above and beyond and made breakfast feel like a five-star experience.

Such fun
Ranger rob is so passionate about what he does and is extremely knowledgeable. You certainly learn alot and see beautiful things. Great tours for adults and kids. He is a must see for daily mature walks at the pink shell beach resort!!!!!!!!

Don't think about it, just book it!
We had the best experience. Our kids were so well loved while we were at the Pink Shell. A special shout out to Ranger Rob. The kids would sprint to the pool each day to listen to what Ranger Rob would have to say. He definitely enhanced our experience.

Ranger Rob is the best!
This was our second vacation with our children and grandchildren at Pink Shell and I am very confident t that there will be a third bit next year. The resort is perfect for families and so easy to navigate with small children. From the buffet breakfasts to the three pools to the easy beach access and food options during the day, Pink Shell makes vacationing easy. The staff are all professional, friendly and anxious to help make your time in Fort Myers Besch great. In particular, Ranger Rob is an incredible asset and really made our trip special. From the 7:30am Shell Search walks along the beach, to the Critter connections to the Turtle Tour to the Junior Ranger program, my grandchildren could not get enough of Ranger Rob. They must have asked him 200 questions in our five days together and they were thrilled to find him on the special Pink Shell television station on our in room televisions. Rob’s knowledge, patience and tremendous way with small children were so appreciated. Rob alone makes Pink Shell a special place for us.

Ranger Rob made our vacation very special
This was our second winter vacationing at Pink Shell. It is a great place for families with kids. The one and two bedroom condos are perfect for preparing some meals for kids. The breakfast buffet is so easy and convenient with many options. Everything is very clean. Service is great. The octopool has plenty of shallow space for kids while the other pools are quieter if you prefer. The art projects offer a chance for kids to cool off in the middle of the day. The tram into time square is an easy way to get to ice cream stores and restaurants. What makes the vacation unique and special is Ranger Rob. From his morning beach shell walks, to his critter connection in the middle of the day and his junior Ranger program. My 5 and 3 yr old grandkids couldn’t get enough of him. He is energetic, cheery and extremely patient. He always has a smile and teaches adults and kids so much about the beach and wildlife. We travel a lot but have never experienced anyone like him at a resort for kids. The kids are ready asking to go back next year.
