Advisory Valet Parking Monday – Thursday $35.00 per day Friday - Sunday $40.00 per day The 24-hour parking fee provides guests with in-out privileges within the same parking type (self or valet) across all MGM Resorts Las Vegas destinations within the same 24-hour period (subject to availability) Credit card payment for valet parking. General Policies:

Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization upon check-in for incidentals, this will place a hold on your funds. If you don’t provide a credit/debit card, a cash deposit is required upon check-in for incidentals. Please check with hotel for daily incidental fees/security deposits.

No smoking allowed in the casino, convention center, restaurants and bars, hotel rooms, corridors, or common areas, including resort pools.

Convention Policy - Convention attendees cannot not book this property for their convention stay, they must book through the proper convention source. Convention attendees that violate this policy will be responsible for paying any higher rates and may not be eligible for any promotional offerings.

Pet Policy

Dog-Friendly Fee applies as follows:
• Dogs are the only animal allowed.
• There is a mandatory dog friendly fee of [$100.00 per night, per dog] for rooms and [$150.00 per night, per dog] for suites. These fees will be applied to your folio and payable directly to the hotel at time of checkout.
• Up to two dogs are allowed, with a maximum combined weight of less than 100 pounds.
• A second dog fee will be charged at check-in if bringing two dogs.
• Due to health code regulations, dogs (except for service dogs) are not allowed in public areas including, but not limited to: any food and beverage outlets, the Spa, or pool areas, except as passing through.
• Dogs are permitted in hotel rooms, suites, and the designated outdoor locations.

    Not SAtisfied with the room

    Clooged sink You can hear a very loud sound (like someone is digging) and even the cars honking and siren from the ambulance. Room is dirty. Hallway is dirty. Thew only good thing is the bell desk, very prompt and courteous

    Wonderful experience

    The digital check in and check out was easy and convenient and I never experienced any problems with it at all. It saved us a lot of trouble. Hotel is in a great location. Room was very clean, and we had a great view.

    Park MGM stay

    The stay at Park MGM was very good for the price. The hotel room was fairly clean. The only problem I came across was that there was not a fridge. Otherwise, the stay was good. There is free tram that takes you to the Bellagio, so that was convenient and fast.

    Some strange issues but overall good.

    Overall, everything was pretty good. The room was very clean and also cleaned daily right away in the morning. There was a weird occurrence when I first checked into the room though. Large rolled-up pieces of masking tape were shoved into the door latch hole so that the door could not latch or lock. You could merely press the outside of the door and it would open right up. I believe it was put there on purpose, possibly by a past guest, because the tape was stuck in the door so well that I couldn’t get it out and had to call the front desk where they sent an employee from the engineer team to pry it out so we would be able to lock the door. I don’t necessarily think this was the fault of the hotel, but just wanted to let share since it’s a possible security/safety issue and would know to look out for this if it happens again.

    Rooms too outdated!

    Room looked like a motel 6 For the price of the room I expected more. I wouldn’t stay here again. The bed didn’t even have a box spring Location is great, but would maybe go with cosmo or mandalay next time.
