Highly Disappointing
This show package was highly disappointing and a ripoff never got our value of the drinks, nothing VIP about it, seats were not particularly good, and the hotel rooms were tired and smokey. I would not recommend

Vegas birthday March madness trip
Stellar service, Nice clean environment and excellent service with the table games of crabs. The pit boss explained everything very well. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend to go again at MGM park and also they have usher there as a resident performing.

Never going back!!!
I would never stay at this hotel again!!! As a MGM rewards member this hotel was highly disappointing. I’ve stayed at many properties on the strip and this was the worst one. My three guest and I had a terrible experience. As we were trying to relax in our room, we saw a ROACH in our bed(ALIVE)!! I then called down to the front desk and the first thing that was asked of me is if WE killed the ROACH! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I never once got an apology and I had to ask to move rooms. They lack in customer service and compassion. We didn’t receive anything for the inconvenience AT ALL! Then we were also told that a microwave was going to be sent up to our room..we called down hours later to be told that they don’t have microwaves . WHY LIE in the first place. Now my guest are experiencing rashes/bites all over their arms, legs and chest. I’m pretty sure this is a bed bug situation and I’m not shocked since they have roaches. This was suppose to be a nice girls getaway and Park MGM truly killed that vibe!!

Usher experience at Park MGM
We traveled to Las Vegas for the Usher experience at Park MGM and it was also a birthday celebration. Very decent hotel, service, food. It wouldn’t be my first pick again but it also wouldn’t be my last.

4 room changes
We were first assigned a room that smelt strongly of Clorox bleach. The second smelling strongly of incense. The third was occupied by another guest as I opened the door to them actively in the room. The staff granted me $50 of credit for all this trouble. Does that seem reasonable?
