Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization upon check-in for incidentals, this will place a hold on your funds. If you don’t provide a credit/debit card, a cash deposit is required upon check-in for incidentals. Please
check with hotel for daily incidental fees/security deposits.
No smoking allowed in the casino, convention center, restaurants and bars, hotel rooms, corridors, or common areas, including resort pools.
Convention Policy - Convention attendees cannot not book this property for their convention stay, they must book through the proper convention source. Convention attendees that violate this policy will be responsible for paying any higher rates and may not be eligible for any promotional offerings.
General Information - Room taxes are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
Resort Fee - A mandatory hotel-imposed fee is charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out for guests from all origins.
The daily resort fee includes the following services:

If there is evidence of smoking in your room, you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee of $500 charged to your account for Park MGM rooms.
Dog-Friendly Fee applies as follows:
• Dogs are the only animal allowed.
• There is a mandatory dog friendly fee of [$100.00 per night, per dog] for rooms and [$150.00 per night, per dog] for suites. These fees will be applied to your folio and payable directly to the hotel at time of checkout.
• Up to two dogs are allowed, with a maximum combined weight of less than 100 pounds.
• A second dog fee will be charged at check-in if bringing two dogs.
• Due to health code regulations, dogs (except for service dogs) are not allowed in public areas including, but not limited to: any food and beverage outlets, the Spa, or pool areas, except as passing through.
• Dogs are permitted in hotel rooms, suites, and the designated outdoor locations.

Dec 05, 2024Great location - Not for the faint of heart if you nose can't take the stench.
While some good points in terms of location, close to Tmobile arena there is 2 major flaws that customers should know in advance. 1. While it promotes the hotel as "non smoking" there is smoking outside including some pretty disgusting smells so the doors opening and closing brings it in. 2. If you are allergic to dogs that place is full of fake supposed to be permitted by law animals. Pretty much while you don't have to put up with some smells. The smells of others stuff in there is hard on the nose.

Great hub for a Vegas stay In the middle of everything with tram access. Good perks for Mlife Members and seemingly better paying slots than average Good selection of Restaurants Loved all the different options at Eataly. Right next to NYNY for a second I thought I was there

Park MGM Nighthawk Suite = VACAY BLISS!
Everything was amazing. We stayed in a Nighthawk Suite, and it was FABULOUS! It was so nice to have several places within the room to hang out, office space to get some work done over the holiday, and plenty of closet and bathroom area. The staff was also great and very helpful. Overall, I think our entire party was impressed with how beautiful the space was, as well as the great location of the hotel in regards to the activities we had planned.

You Want to Stay Here
The casino is fantastic—spotlessly clean, with friendly and welcoming staff. The non-smoking environment is a big plus, and the rooms have a charming, upscale vibe. Location is perfect...Go south with New York New York for my middle class vibe or go north to Aria for upscale You won't be disappointed!!!

Clean, comfortable, and convinient.
The Las Vegas park mgm hotel had Friendly staff, clean rooms, issmoke free, and has great central location. It’s perfect for shows being right outside the T-Mobile arena. The game floor is diverse and i always look forward to going back! Nice
