Vegas Crash Pad
This is a Vegas crash pad. Stay here only if you need to crash and will not spend time in your room. Not conducive for any babies traveler - no desk area. Couch and chair are super gross and dirty - I would not sit on them. The table is filthy - I would not sit my laptop on it. The good - the linens are clean, the bathroom is renovated, the HVAC works, no smoking. The bad - stains on carpet and funiture. Prior guest post shaving hair in multiple shower locations. Bathroom sink not cleaned thoroughly. Table and chair in room 30+ years old and really gross. Both are stained and appear to not even be wiped down. Carpet is old and multiple visible stains. Mini bar is on a sensor tray near the TV. Very easy to bump into. Gotcha factor high. It is clear that the hotel does not care about the guest experience.

Service going downhill
Service seems to have gone down hill. Multiple issues this trip, hope they.turn things around normally they have good to great service. Disappointed they promote Veteran’s Day discounts then staff seemed bothered when you request it. Not the same as last year

Smoke-free? Yes please
I stayed four enjoyable nights. a smoke-free casino is so pleasant and there is nowhere in Vegas I would rather relax and play for that aspect. they have a heated big pool and a Jacuzzi so I could swim comfortably outdoors in November, even when it was chilly outside. the location is perfect. there are lots of dining options on site. my biggest complaint is wifi in the rooms is practically unusable. I brought my laptop for work in the mornings and I had to take it downstairs to the conference area to use it. sounds also carry through the guest room walls and I could hear every little noise from all my neighbors. fortunately I was not in the room too much, and the bed was very comfy and I slept well. definitely one of my five favorite resorts in Vegas

Beautiful rooms,smoke free
The rooms are very clean, with no smoking on the property. The walk in glass showers had great water pressure. All sorts of food choices and coffee as well. The beds are very firm. Everyone I had encountered on the property was so helpful and friendly.

I depends on what you are looking for
Our first impression was good as we pulled up to the front, the lobby was nice and check in was pretty quick. We did not do self check in because we wanted to see if any upgrades were available and it worked, strip view on the highest floor (22). We also received a $75 food voucher which was a nice touch by the lady checking us in, I’m a veteran and I think because it was veterans day weekend she helped us out a bit, which we greatly appreciated. As we got to the elevators and noticed the carpets our impression was starting to decline a bit. Rooms: loved that we got the highest floor!! The walls are absolutely thin and the air conditioner is loud. The carpets are not great, the washrooms were upgraded and relatively nice. The toilet makes a weird sound when you flush and when you sit on the toilet it didn’t seem overly secured to the floor. The prices are good for this hotel, the location was good, it has decent amenities so it depends on what you’re looking for? The pool: The Park MGM pool was “closed for maintenance” which we found out 1 day prior to arrival, from our own research. We were able to use the NoMad pool which is relatively connected to our hotel. The NoMad pool has maybe and hour and a half sun per day. The gym: The gym is pretty good. Better for cardio equipment, smaller for machines/free weights. On the Record night club: A club promoter found us, we received free entry and the girls got free drinks until midnight. Great experience. Food: We hit Starbucks for breakfast, the Eatery has some good options. There is a Target right across the street so we loaded up on snacks and beers etc. The bad: no coffee machine, no beer fridge ( you can rent one for $30 a day). The good: it’s cheap but not cheap in the sense of quality. You are located right beside T Mobile so that’s a bonus for anyone going to a hockey game or concert. I’d stay here again depending on what I’m doing but this place is a good option and the fact they treated nice upon check in made the difference for us. Thank you
