Clean and Classy Park MGM is the place to stay!

The Park MGM really stands out from other hotels on the Vegas strip. It is clean, open and airy and simply beautiful. Our room was wonderful and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable! Every staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. We had a delicious dinner at La La Noodle with the most wonderful server, and On the Record nightclub was so much fun! They also have the Dolby Theater where we saw a concert, and it was awesome with amazing sound! Not a bad seat in the theater! We will definitely be booking all of our trips to Vegas at Park MGM from now on!

    POOR SERVICE AND Food

Poor attitude at reception, everything seemed to be a hasttle. The restaurant called la pasta fresco produced overly priced substandard food. Complained but only refunded the dish we didn't like. MGM are rip off merchants. The Casino takes your money avoid.

Fun times on the strip, less expensive on strip.

The staff is great, however an overpriced experience compared to Fremont Street. Stay near the mgm properties or go to Fremont Street.

    Nice cleaner place in Vegas

Our first time in Vegas, and we don’t like the smell of smoke so in that regard, Park MGM was awesome! It was a lovely hotel with nice decor and plenty of places to eat (ridiculously overpriced of course). Our room was facing the Strip, so the view was nice (kind of like a view of Times Square in NYC but quieter). Our beds were pretty comfortable and we appreciated having the sofa to relax. They do not have a room fridge unless you pay for it (oh come on!) but the water pressure in the shower was great! It was really nice to be near everything we wanted. If I’m in the area again, I’d probably stay here again (unless I found a better smoke-free place).

Great visit but needs room maintenance

I thoroughly enjoy staying at Park MGM as they’re the only non-smoking casino on the strip. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the casino and restaurants are very well kept and clean. However, this particular visit the room I stayed in needed some attention. Unfortunately, the bathroom vinyl was peeling off of the wall, the sealant on the porcelain tub was chipping away, the holder for the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was broken and had exposed sharp plastic, the showerhead was extremely short for someone of average height, like myself at 5’7”, and the tile against the shower was starting to fall off. All that to say, the bed is extremely comfortable and it was nice to have a wardrobe inside the room however it locked drawers. I will continue to stay at Park MGM because I feel like it is one of the best hotels with the greatest value on the strip. Looking forward to booking my next visit soon!
