Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization upon check-in for incidentals, this will place a hold on your funds. If you don’t provide a credit/debit card, a cash deposit is required upon check-in for incidentals. Please
check with hotel for daily incidental fees/security deposits.
No smoking allowed in the casino, convention center, restaurants and bars, hotel rooms, corridors, or common areas, including resort pools.
Convention Policy - Convention attendees cannot not book this property for their convention stay, they must book through the proper convention source. Convention attendees that violate this policy will be responsible for paying any higher rates and may not be eligible for any promotional offerings.
General Information - Room taxes are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
Resort Fee - A mandatory hotel-imposed fee is charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out for guests from all origins.

If there is evidence of smoking in your room, you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee of $500 charged to your account for Park MGM rooms.
Dog-Friendly Fee applies as follows:
• Dogs are the only animal allowed.
• There is a mandatory dog friendly fee of [$100.00 per night, per dog] for rooms and [$150.00 per night, per dog] for suites. These fees will be applied to your folio and payable directly to the hotel at time of checkout.
• Up to two dogs are allowed, with a maximum combined weight of less than 100 pounds.
• A second dog fee will be charged at check-in if bringing two dogs.
• Due to health code regulations, dogs (except for service dogs) are not allowed in public areas including, but not limited to: any food and beverage outlets, the Spa, or pool areas, except as passing through.
• Dogs are permitted in hotel rooms, suites, and the designated outdoor locations.

10/10 experience, if I ever have the chance to go back definitely will be my first choice. I want to especially thank the security guard Mr. Breusler for helping me and my friends out, what a guy! I highly recommend this resort for anyone interested, security and costumer service looking forward to coming back!

Incredible service and hospitality
Service and hospitality in the MGM Park beat my expectations by a mile!! Not only was the ambiance tantalizing but a security guard, Bruester, was of such a great help when I needed to return my portable phone charger! I had six minutes until it had a 40$ late charge and he assisted me with accurate directions and kindness. Thank you MGM for the beautiful experience.

SPECTACULAR and the Security IS AMAZING
I had an absolutely amazing time! I want to shout out the security guard Breuster! He was so kind and accommodating, he made me feel so welcome and answered all of my questions perfectly for my friends and I! I highly recommend this resort, it has everything you could ever want and more!!!!

The Good: A smoke free casino!! You can walk through the casino, play, and not come out smelling like a chain smoker. I wish more casinos did this! The staff was nice when we interacted with them. Some pretty choices for food and drinks. You should fine something that will interest you, even if it is overpriced: that’s expected in most hotels on the strip. The place is also centrally located near most of the major casinos on the Strip. The Bad; Rooms are just okay, not that spacious. Beds are fine and comfortable. But my main issue is NO FRIDGE- NO COFFEE MAKER- and a tiny ICE BUCKET ! I mean the amount of money this hotel makes, how do you not have these in people’s rooms! Can’t cool your drinks and don’t plan on saving your leftovers when you go out to eat. This is such an inconvenience especially if you’re traveling with kids. Parking ain’t cheap either! Still can’t believe they charge you to park your own car!

Clean upscale non smoking gem on the strip
Park MGM staff provide top notch service. The hotel is clean and updated with a great central location on the strip. The rooms are modern and comfortable with basic essentials provided. I like that the hotel isn’t so massive you get lost or have trouble navigating. Plenty of sit down restaurants or quick to go options that aren’t fast food chains. The multiple pools, shops and gambling offer something for everyone. After staying here once for a show it is my go to and I won’t stay anywhere else.
