Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization upon check-in for incidentals, this will place a hold on your funds. If you don’t provide a credit/debit card, a cash deposit is required upon check-in for incidentals. Please
check with hotel for daily incidental fees/security deposits.
No smoking allowed in the casino, convention center, restaurants and bars, hotel rooms, corridors, or common areas, including resort pools.

If there is evidence of smoking in your room, you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee of $500 charged to your account for Park MGM rooms.
Dog-Friendly Fee applies as follows:
• Dogs are the only animal allowed.
• There is a mandatory dog friendly fee of [$100.00 per night, per dog] for rooms and [$150.00 per night, per dog] for suites. These fees will be applied to your folio and payable directly to the hotel at time of checkout.
• Up to two dogs are allowed, with a maximum combined weight of less than 100 pounds.
• A second dog fee will be charged at check-in if bringing two dogs.
• Due to health code regulations, dogs (except for service dogs) are not allowed in public areas including, but not limited to: any food and beverage outlets, the Spa, or pool areas, except as passing through.
• Dogs are permitted in hotel rooms, suites, and the designated outdoor locations.

Dec 02, 2024Park (MGM) Somewhere Else
Having stayed at many a Vegas hotel for different conferences, I can safely say this hotel is terrible. The rooms are dark and dingy and there’s an odd smell coming from the closet. Which, in Vegas, could be bad. There’s three places (really) to eat in the entire hotel. The shops were all closed at 7 pm and given how few there were, that’s not going to impact you one way or another. Of course if you are here in Vegas for a boring, debatably sterile experience, stay here. If this hotel were a flavor, it would be “Elmer’s glue”.

Location wise one of the best options on the strip with access to the tram. Makes walking to any of the casino so much easier. A refreshing experience being in a non-smoking hotel as if you have ever visited a Vegas casino the smell of cigarettes is a given at most places. The restaurants in the venue were well worth the price for the ease of convenience and all the options at Eataly are exceptional. My favorite place to stay when I'm in vegas.

Park MGM was OK, nothing spectacular. Very Expensive! Location is the best attribute. Close to T-Mobile arena and reasonably close to MGM Garden Arena. Food at Park MGM was OK, also expensive! We slept at Park MGM and enjoyed other properties, many off the strip.

Amazing Trip!
From the ample parking to first stepping in to the fresh clean smelling casino everything was excellent! The room was clean the bathroom was spotless. Food and drinks AMAZING! Friendly helpfull staff. Easy check in amd out. Can't wait to come back!

Not one thing could’ve been better
The entire stay was amazing. The Park is smoke free, conveniently located and the best value on the south strip. The restaurants are amazing, the rooms are modern and uber comfortable and the bathrooms are great. We had connecting rooms with another in our party and the banquet couch + table/chair in the room made it feel like we had a suite. We had a car on this trip and the self park garage was easy in/out.
