    Can’t wait to come back!

    We had a great dstay, great food excellent service! We loved our waitress at the poolside, Isabel! She was so friendly and attentive to us. She really made the stay wonderful! Thank you, Isabel! We also enjoyed all of the restaurants. The food was very good! Had massages yesterday that were terrific! I would definitely come back here again! Can’t wait till I do!

    Family stay at Paradisus

    Our family of 18 recently vacationed at Paradisus. Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end. From the people at the front desk, restaurant servers, housekeeping, and maintenance, everyone was beyond friendly and helpful. It was also the perfect spot for the young children…they were never bored. Do not hesitate to book your vacation here!

    Fab Thanksgiving Break

    Our 5th or 6th time at this resort with friends and family, and we loved all of it as usual. We are also Melia Infinite Black members and appreciated all the extra touches to make our stay special. The romantic dinner especially was a 100!!! 🔥💯🥳

    Thanksgiving at Paradisus

    Very good experience and I would recommend this place especially if you have children. If you want to involve a large group like friends, other family members, or grandparents I would recommend this place. The staff were great and very helpful. The food was better than expected. We took a trip to the Senotes and that was an awesome experience. Highly recommend it.

    Family Vacation

    If you are planning a trip to Paradisus Playa del Carmen, I highly recommend the Family Concierge option. It is well worth the upgrade! Thank you to Andrea Cuculista, the Family E-Concierge, who pre-arranged all of our dinner restaurant reservations. A HUGE thank you to Jorge Hernandez, our Family Concierge, who was indispensable throughout our stay. He made himself available 24/7 to make sure we had everything we needed. A few housekeeping requests, and he took care of it immediately. We shared our disappointment regarding poor service at the restaurants, and suddenly our last night dinner service was impeccable! Overall, the property is clean and well kept. The suite was very nice (recommend a higher floor to avoid noise from above). The food/restaurants are just OK on the Family side, but the service needs to be improved.
