Everyone at the resort made all perfect. Food was great. The activities staff were amazing. Especially Liz and Gisele
Perfect family trip at Paradisus Play Del Carmen. Everything from reception to the waiters and waiters, bar staff, servers, housekeepers and entertainment staff all went out of their way way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Definitely recommended

Best all inclusive resort due to the people, food, and amenities!
Best all inclusive resort we have been to! The food is incredible along with the pools and amenities. But the people are what keep us coming back. We received the BEST service from Roberto as our concierge in the Reserve, making sure everything was exactly how we wanted and everything went smooth. Christopher as the pool concierge was so good too! Christopher always helped us get towels, chairs, anything we needed by the pool he got for us! For food poolside in the Reserve, Alfredo got us everything we could have needed and always knew when we would need something. At breakfast at Santi, Renau was our waiter we requested every morning as was so friendly and helpful. We enough the activities that were done poolside. Great resort and already have another trip coming back !

The service by the beach hut
The only reason I’m giving a five-star rating is because of the exceptional service provided by Angelo at the beach hut. He was warm, attentive, and consistently made sure we had everything we needed—whether it was extra towels or simply checking in with a smile. His friendly manner and made our experience all the more enjoyable.

Beautiful Paradisus Playa del Carmen
Wonderful vacations at Paradisus Playa de Carmen-Riviera Maya! We really had a blast! The hotel was great, the beach was beautiful. All the staff was nice and professional. Special thanks to Florencia from the caffe for making us delicious coffee every day, all the waiting staff and our rooms' cleaning ladies. All of you helped us create great summer memories!

So-so
I enjoyed the aqua-arobics, Jocy was very friendly and kept us going. Housekeeping was also very good. They always organized my mess. For being an “all-inclusive” it was NOT. Lots of extra $ choices. You get the minimum quality in drinks and food. Unless you have your own concierge you have to take the time to visit the reservation desk the day before or the day of, if you’re lucky, and make three reservations at a time. The best restaurant was booked for the 5 nights we were there. We booked through Costco, if you plan to book any excursions, the Costco desk is only open for about three hours/day. The kids really enjoyed the AquAZone, which closes at 5pm and offers fruit, soft serve but no alcohol. I mostly drank DosXX the whole trip. Not by choice, that was what they had on tap by the pool. I wish they offered Mexican owned tequila and beer. Most likely will not re-book here. There’s a lot of resort options. Not sure I would book through Costco either.
