Excellent stay for this NJ family!

Paradise Point was the perfect place for our family of four with two teens. The views from the room were incredible- our patio overlooked Mission Bay and the bay beach was steps away. Having coffee, light breakfast and restaurant options as well as room service anytime of day was super convenient. We loved the pools and the fire pits as well. We didn’t get to utilize the kayaks, paddle boards, etc and it would have been nice if those were included with the resort stay but otherwise we had no complaints! Close proximity to everything San Diego has to offer! Would definitely recommend for families and especially large family trips. We booked through Trip Guy Travel, LLC and couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations!

    What an amazing resort!

We had some friends staying at this resort, and they invited us to come spend an afternoon with them with our kids. We had such a fun afternoon by the pool. It was gorgeous day to be outside, and we ordered food and drinks to keep everyone fed and happy. I was so impressed with the great service! We had a dinner reservation at Tidal, which was such a great experience! The food was amazing and we had such an incredible experience with their manager Teddy, and their top-notch bartender, Aaron. We felt so welcomed and taken care of by both of them. Aaron was a riot, and made our dinner such a fun memory. My husband had one of the most delicious margaritas he’s ever had (and that says a lot!). This was such a wonderful experience! We had no idea what a hidden gem this place is. We popped by the Barefoot grill when we were done with dinner, to let the kids see the fishies and to grab a drink at the bar. The staff there was soo nice and welcoming too. I’m not sure how you have so many wonderful employees working at one resort, but I can tell you this, we will be back! We are huge fans, and love that this hotel is in our backyard.

    Birds birds birds

So for the price, you don't get complementary breakfast but it is a nice little island. There are birds everywhere and where there are birds, there is bird poop. So be ready for that. Plenty of pools, the rooms are fine. Would definitely recommend this place for families, not couples or single people. Foods okay at the café and restaurant on the beach. Also you can't walk anywhere cause you're stranded on an island that is only connected by highways. It's not a bad hotel, just more geared towards families!

    Poolside service A+

I stayed at Paradise Point with my family and stayed poolside with my little one for 2 days. The Tropics Cantina attached to the pool was the best! Best pool food ever! All the servers are so sweet, especially Lily! She came by several times and even blew up a huge pool toy for my little boy. He was delighted! She even remembered my sons name the next day. I'll definitely be back!

    Plenty of paradise

My first time visiting this location and I was impressed. Some of the amenities are a bit more basic than described and the cost of additional activities isn't cheap but I wouldn't say it was over priced compared to competitors and in the right frame of mine, I'd probably pay for it. Clean, friendly staff and lovely setting this resort is all you could ask for. The only issue we had in our stay was it appeared there was one servicing the room whilst we were out, dispite the resort costs. That said, we aren't exactly dirty and weren't staying for a huge amount of time, just one to consider for the resort company.
