Alyx made out trip!
We came here not expecting much. We booked this last minute and it was our wedding weekend. I was nervous it wouldn't what I wanted it to be. We were treated by Alyx who took great care of us. Our room was beautiful on the water and the tiki bar brought the island culture. This place is a must.
Celebration of Life 4 day event
It's not about the rooms, or the amenities ,although they are very good..what impressed us was the service from the front desk, the events planner, the housekeepers, security, the nice guys who gave us rides on their little jitneys when we couldn't find our room! Service couldn't have been better!
Very clean rooms and facilities. We loved the Barefoot Bar on premise as well. The weather did not cooperate so the lobby was great to play ping pong and cards. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We would come back and enjoy nicer weather.
Paradise in Hawaii
It feels like Hawaii at the resort- sb beautiful, relaxed and semi-tropical. Palms and lagoons everywhere with an abundance of birds. And the bay surrounds the resort. The bungalows harken back to a former period of time but they are recently renovated and very comfortable. We were upgraded to a junior suite for our elongated stay so that we could feel much at home, with kitchen, living and dining areas as well as the large patio. It is truly paradise!! My family love to join me at the Barefoot Bar and running their dog on the public beach (oops. That is probably a secret.). Reservations were very easy with the help of Jody and Belle. And I really appreciated the front desk help of Jai and Alisha (?).
Exceptional customer service
Paradise Point is an absolutely wonderful place to spend any amount of time for any reason Whether it be for the day enjoying the lush & tropical grounds, staying overnight in one of the island themed guest rooms/suites or bungalows treating yourself to any amount of, "me" time in their spa, doing something or nothing...... The time spent will be terrific period! More.....the extra special way their customer service exceeds the average is unparallel This particular trip I was blown away with how one employee managed to make my visit more awesome than I could have imagined.... Laura, at the front desk, added so much to my/our (my two children & I) entire trip begining from the moment I checked in until 7 days later when checking out. Laura was there to make sure my visit to Paradise did not leave Paradise until we checked out of the Parade Point Resort. Thank you Laura for adding so much goodness to our trip in Paradise you rock!!!!
