    Amazing facility and unbelievable service!

My family and I were just recently have been displaced from a resort in Palm beach with no where to go because of the Corona virus !! Contacted the Palm beach Marriott resort and spa on Singer Island and without hesitation told me and my family they can easily accommodate us ! OMG we as a family are so so thankful for them being so happy to help you have no idea ! When other places are closing The palm beach Marriott resort and spa stood rock solid ! Thank God , as my wife and kids where so so upset. There service was as if there were no problems whatsoever, although the staff was reduced because of the virus . I can only imagine how great the attention to customer needs are when fully staffed. My wife and I recommend the Palm Beach Marriott resort and spa for any trips or gatherings for everyone! Thank you again guys you are simply the best!!! 🙏💪

    My retreat

Wow that last review was undeserving. This is a trying time. But We are excited to stay here and fortunately we get to still use the beach and the pool. With service in Both areas. These guys are doing a great job with all the restrictions that Palm beach County is putting on business during this epidemic. Feeling LUCKY TO BE HERE. Everyone is still polite and courteous Our room was clean and neat. Plenty of beach towels. And a lot of people enjoying their day today at the beach. Our room was clean and neat. Was nice to see a lot of people enjoying their day today at the beach. Thank you Jaun and RJ for the nice service at the beach.

booking a wedding or event? Be very cautious...

I am writing this review from room 1212, 3 nights into a $1000 per night stay with my 3 children. The service for the last 3 days has been average at best. From long lines at pool bar, beer pumps not working, service line in coffee shop 20 minutes plus, TVs not working in my kids bedroom and many other things that would be fine if i was in a Motel6 - but not at $1000 per night. Tonight i also Received a letter informing me of a reduction/complete end to many services including kids club, no room service (yes, no towels or bed change!), as well as closure to coffee shop, limited service in restaurant and other things to-boot. I complained and was greeted by a very rude supervisor who told me no reduction in my $1000 per night bill would be applied. Be very careful. This place will seduce with a great website and promise - then seriously under deliver. Such a shame. If you have $1000 per night to spend, do not spend it here. Sounds like this place is going really down the toilet — multiple guests i spoke with in the pool commented how “this place isn’t like it used to be”... The hotel is obviously very quiet this week and they are choosing to send staff home - at the expense of the services they agreed to provide me and have billed me for. If you are booking a wedding, or big seminar, or corporate event, be VERY careful about chosing this place. They will take your money but most likely let you down. I would hate to think id booked a wedding and to then find out they don’t or wont deliver on the promise. Equally, i would hate to think i booked a very expensive event or business seminar — my guests would be so unhappy with the service and would likely not return. If you do book a wedding or seminar, you best hope that they are really busy - as if not, theyll send the staff home and pull all the services leaving your guests very unhappy. Worst, they wont even consider giving you a discount on their not full filling a promise. Safe to say we will not be returning. Such a shame. P.s heres my email, paulg@paulgough.com if you do have concerns or questions i’d happily help you out.

Nice but loud, not super close to restaurants....

Room and balcony were very nice With a great Oceanview to watch the different kinds of ships going to and from Miami BUT our room also overlooked the main pool and seating areas and the kids yelling just carried straight up to our balcony!! Also, there was a little area under a covered portico which was right at the lobby doors and kids hung out there a lot playing ping pong, foosball etc.,-again, making it very loud and distracting. There was a large covered area which was more toward the pool with the slide that these games should have been placed at and not right at the lobby area. Restaurants started at about a half a mile away or more in a strip like mall which was no problem for us but for others with young kids or elderly people it would be too far to walk. Had dinner at the Islander grill and tiki bar which was very enjoyable, somewhat quiet, and inside even offered entertainment. Prices were very reasonable and food was great! Loved the area but next time we’ll go stay at the Marriott vacation club that had a quiet pool!!
