    Heng Lan is so friendly and respectful and was just most sweetest person that made me feel so welcomed the moment I arrived. She introduced herself and asked if I need anything to not hesitate and to let her know. She made my stay there that more relaxed and stressed free.

    Fantastic

    Our trip was exceptionally amazing filled with daily fun filled adventures that took us to the moon and back,which included 5 stars restaurants in every corner of Waikiki,with endless of choices,which experience of fun filled day at the well known Waikiki Beach with 10 minutes walking distances from our resort,which walking our way around thusuis beautiful area was a plus.

    Waikiki Outrigger Paradise Hotel

    Denise and Tracey were so helpful with information about our tours. The Outrigger Waikiki Paradise hotel has a great location. It would've been nice to have refreshments by the pool as you had to bring your own. Towels well stocked and area maintained by a lovely man named Shndan.

    Great stay!

    Great stay definitely a come back. Angie at the front desk was amazing = genuine aloha spirit with smiles, patience, and very helpful. Parking was always available and convenient. Room was as expected as per reviews - clean, good view, and comfortable beds. Appreciated the modern look with the new renovations. Housekeeping staff initiated greetings and did a great job. Gym experience was great with more than enough equipments. Gym always clean, well maintained, and ventilated. Location centralized and walking distances to eats and shops.

    Aloha, Angie at the front desk went above and beyond the call of duty. She is a great person with a wonderful mana. We also enjoyed the renovations around the hotel. The decor and overall ambiance was uplifting and pleasant to behold. Very modern feel Mahalo
