Great Vacation!
Enjoyed my stay at Outrigger Waikīkī Paradise Hotel. Great location so close to the beach and shopping. Newly renovated. Would stay again! Special thanks to Shu Wen for taking such good care of us while we were there. She provided excellent service!

The Jewel of Waikiki!
I hosted an in-person meeting last night for 55 coaches at the Outrigger Paradise Hotel. I travel about 80,000 miles a year for my job and know first hand what good (and bad - LOL) service looks like, and let me tell you - the team over at Outrigger Waikiki Paradise Hotel knocked it out of the park! The renovations to the former Outrigger East hotel are gorgeous and the meeting space was perfect for our group. The best part for me was the PEOPLE. The entire staff was attentive, friendly and thoughtful and they all went out of their way to make us feel at home. Ricol, Joseph, Melissa, Denise and GM Kiana Beimes are some of the best people in the business and they took care of every detail to ensure our event met my expectations. They showed me that locals CAN do business in Waikiki and I am now reserving 3 more meeting dates today! Give them a try! They will not disappoint!

Great place to be!
Angie and Cassandra are so sweet. They helped me when I needed it the most.. I am not homeless in Hawaii because of the wonderful assistance.. Wow , such a blessing! This place is great because of them . This hotel is so clean and quaint. The bell men were so helpful getting me prepared for my trip home.😁💝

Convenient location, clean & friendly
This hotel was conveniently close to Waikiki beach & had its own pool/ hot tub. Remember in the Winter months the sun only hits the pool in the afternoon so useful to sightsee earlier in the day. Close to restaurants including the International Market & Paia Fish Market. Walkable to many tour pick up points & shops in Waikīkī. Hotel was clean & had recently been refurbished. If you ask for a pool view, keep in mind any noise as the pool is usually cleaned early - this didn’t cause me any issues but the cleaning was noticeable to my room on 4th floor. Room was spacious & housekeeping made sure they attended your room even if you were starting your day late. Only slight omission was the paper coffee cups were not replaced.

Cleanliness horrible
The lobby staff was great. Cleanliness of room horrible. Clean staff horrible accept one Sherlie. She was thr only one who listened to what I was saying. Tub had hair all over it. Sink was never cleaned. Rug was never vacuumed. Towels had black hair all over it. Did not replace toilet paper or kleenex. Never wiped down anything in room. Fire them all and start over again with new younger staff. These older ladies were more interested in talking in their native language and taking a million breaks. Bell man were nice accept one. Rude when I wanted my bag brought to my car. The parking fee was outrageous $49 a day. Think twice before you book. Mary Y
