    Great hotel

    It was fabulous. Great location, convenient for shops, beach, food trucks. ( and 2 ABC shops in sight😂) Newly renovated rooms were spacious and pleasant decor. Just so relaxing. Great foyers and spacious and welcoming. Had all the amenities on site you needed for perfect stay. Would definitely consider this hotel when staying in Honolulu. Tip. Ask for a high floor. Better view. Currently a building site across the road. We had no noise issues.

    Best Trip Ever!!!

    Sadly, we are leaving today… but I wanted to give a big shout out to Kiana for making our stay so special and memorable, Angie for the amazing and welcoming check-in experience, Sasha for her amazing services with keeping our room clean and being so sweet, and Joel from Bell!!! Besides the amazing staff, this property is very well maintained and the renovations look amazing!!! They have a nice fitness center, pool and Jacuzzi with lounge chairs you are able to enjoy without additional fees, and the best part is you are in the middle of the Strip and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. Although the property is in a high traffic location, the rooms are very quiet and cozy. We are happy to say that we will definitely be coming back. Mahalo to the Outrigger Paradise team we will definitely miss you!

    Fabulous host

    My stay in the outrigger was satisfactory. A few teething issues down to the new refurb. However, my host Ann was superb. I stayed for 2 months and Ann kept my room in immaculate condition. I felt well looked after and she always had a smile on her face.

    Great family spot!

    The renovation of the hotel is great! Service and location are excellent. We were able to store our Surfboards. The kids loved the pool and the hottub. The one bedroom layout is PERFECT for our family of four! Wonderful pad for a Waikiki vacay!

    This was the best place to stay at in Waikiki.

    My wife and I came to Outrigger for two weeks and loved our stay here. Most notable was how outstanding our room cleaner Shu Wen was. Our room was always clean, towels were fresh and her professionalism and kindness made our stay excellent. We have stayed at many hotels in the Hawaiian Islands and this one is the best. Shu Wen's outstanding service and polite demeanor is a true testimony to the spirit of Aloha. Shu Wen is 10/10, top marks. The rest of the staff has been amazing too, the front desk staff,, bell men, pool staff and maintenance have all been very friendly, professional and attentive. John was very helpful and courtious when we checked in. We will make sure to get the rest of the staffs names and include them in another review. They have all been so wonderful we don't want to leave anyone out. The rooms, pool and other facilities here are excellent. There was a recent remodel and they did a great job. The AC was great, kept the room cool and was silent. Pool was perfect, hot tub was great. Parking was excellent, there were always spaces available and it was well lit and easy to maneuver. Bathrooms in the room and the ones in the lobby and pool area were excellent as well. Overall an outstanding experience.
