My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Paradise Hotel. Great service by the representatives at the front desk, the bell men that helped with our luggage and especially by Sasha who took care of our room necessities. We definitely look forward to staying again.

Great place to stay
We loved our time here it was absolutely fantastic, a great base to call home while on holiday. We were able to check in early, 9am by paying a day rate, this was great after a long haul flight with two young kids, we were able to reset and settle in straight away. Our two bedroom apartment on the PH floor was incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. The cleaner who looked after our room, Sacha, deserves a mention. Every day she went above and beyond to make sure our room was spotless, it actually felt like we were getting a new room every day, her attention to detail was very impressive. Thank you Sacha, you are wonderful. Our apartment was spacious and had plenty of storage which was great and the beds were really comfortable. the apartment was quiet, only occasionally did we pass other guests in the hallway and we never heard any noise from the other guests on the floor. We also had plenty of room in the apartment when we needed some time out to relax, each bedroom had a tv. The hotel never felt busy which made you feel more relaxed and on holiday, compared to other hotels we went past which were all hustle and bustle. The pool area was great, easy to access and get towels and the shallow part where the chairs are in the water was awesome for our youngest daughter to be in the water. The gym also had great equipment and was nice and modern. The hotel location was perfect, close to the beach, shops and restaurants, we walked everywhere. All staff members we encountered were professional and very helpful. An onsite laundry for guests to use would have been a bonus, we ended up sending our washing off to a laundry service we found online which was fantastic and had it back the same day. The service offered by the hotel seemed very expensive. Overall, we loved our stay here and will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a family friendly place to stay on their holiday.

Our stay at this hotel was simply unforgettable — every aspect exceeded our expectations in the best way possible. If you’re looking for a place that offers comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and heart — look no further. Let’s start with the location: absolutely ideal! Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, close to shops, restaurants, and everything Waikiki has to offer, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. We loved being able to step out and reach the ocean in minutes, or take a short walk to explore the area. It’s one of the best locations we’ve ever stayed at — hands down. The room was extremely comfortable, cozy, and always spotless — and here we must give a heartfelt THANK YOU to Philman, the amazing housekeeper who cleaned our room every day. Her work was flawless — everything always smelled fresh, looked pristine, and felt truly welcoming. We genuinely appreciated her care and dedication. Another unforgettable moment was the beautiful birthday gift organized by the hotel manager. The gesture was so thoughtful and personal, it speaks volumes about the heart of this hotel. This kind of kindness is rare. We also loved the facilities: • The pool was an absolute gem — clean, well-kept, and a perfect spot to relax after a day exploring the island. Whether in the sun or shade, it was peaceful and never overcrowded. • The gym deserves a special mention — it’s not just a small fitness room, but a well-equipped, professional-level facility. We worked out daily and were impressed by the range and quality of the equipment — a huge bonus for anyone who values fitness during travel. The entire staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. From the front desk to housekeeping to management — everyone was kind, respectful, and genuinely attentive to our needs. What we loved: ✅ Perfect beachside location (3 min walk!) ✅ Impeccably clean room thanks to Philman ✅ A gym that exceeded all expectations ✅ Peaceful, clean, and relaxing pool area ✅ Birthday surprise that touched our hearts ✅ Warm, thoughtful, and caring service throughout. The Best Customer Service Ever
The absolute best customer service ever! There was an issue with my reservation due to my mistake and through no fault of the hotel, but Marilou went above and beyond and fixed everything, with a smile and aloha! The hotel is very nice and in a convenient location, will be back for sure! Thank you again for fixing everything and making our stay wonderful!
