    Average Stay at 3 Star Hotel Outrigger Waikiki Paradise

    Pros: - Friendly housekeeping staff - Nice lobby renovations - Front desk staff helpful on day of departure - Convenient location to everything Cons: - Front desk unhelpful on day of arrival (requested a king size bed, but only got a queen and tried to make it seem like that was an upgrade) - Didn’t have a lot of amenities that they said they have (gift shop, vending machines, etc) - Bathroom is ridiculously small and only has one hook and nowhere else to hang towels/bathing suits. If you want to reuse your towels, where are you supposed to keep them?? - Bed is way too soft (zero back/body support as you just sink into the mattress) - Bright light comes through the door from the hallway - Doors are VERY loud when people come and go

    Layover in Outrigger Waikiki East

    The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

    One of my best experiences!

    Wonderful experience at this hotel! Recently renovated, everything looks new and beautiful. It was a pleasure to meet Angie during check-in as she also shared what this hotel has to offer and the amenities available to me, including a map of the city and a $50 voucher for an activity of my choice. The room was nice and clean, staff all friendly and accommodating. Also, this hotel is literally walking distance to everything—the beach, shopping to include the International Market Place and Target, the best restaurants and the shows to entertain you (Cirque du Soleil and a Magic Show, to name a few). Angie even gave me a tip to check out the night before so I wouldn’t miss my shuttle to the airport. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Angie and staff. Exceptional customer service and location were perfect!
