    Love Katherine at the Check-In

    Katherine at the check in desk was phenomenal. Helped us get our room squared away and was able to get us beach bags too. We saw her daily and she always waved and said hi. The hotel was great too! Close to everything and smelled great! Room was clean and staff was very friendly

    Get away to Hawaii

    We had a wonderful stay at the outrigger Paradise hotel. The staff was very friendly. The exercise facility was very clean. Our cleaning lady did an outstanding job on our room each day. We enjoyed hanging out by the poolside and getting in the sauna / hot tub. All in all we had a wonderful experience at the outrigger Paradise hotel.

    Amazing hospitality

    Another return trip to our favourite vacation spot, plus our favourite hotel to stay in. All staff are amazing and do what ever they can to make sure you are comfortable. Our housekeeping lady Heng was absolutely beautiful and we can’t thank her enough. We look forward to returning in 9-12 months time to our home away from home.

    A must!

    Amazing hotel. Rooms are beautiful, updated, and well-maintained, as are the grounds. The hotel as a whole, provides a welcoming Hawaiian environment to guests. Front desk staff were extremely courteous, and accommodating. Close to the beach and businesses.

    AWESOME STAY!

    I recently stayed in the PH floor and was so amazed at how the renovations turned out. I am a long time return guest and have seen the before. The new paintings to the new furniture..wow! Not only that but THE STAFF! I don’t think you can receive this kind of aloha service anywhere else. From the personalization of saying my name to putting the right amount of coffee in my room. Thank you Paradise for always having me home away from home.
