Amazing location and wonderful service
We had an amazing 12 day stay at the Beachcomber. The location is perfect, centrally located which is important when travelling with children, everything is so accessible. The service from all departments of the hotel was amazing. We have no complaints and will definitely be staying here again.

makes your holiday even better
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. The beds are comfy, we got an amazing view of diamond head and the beach. Really close to restaurants and stores. Staff are welcoming and friendly, and the cafe is a great way to start the day, baristas do a great job. Would recommend.

Pleasant Paradise Surprise
Through a gala auction I won a trip to Hawaii! (well, i bid on it, won, and paid, all proceeds going to the charity). I didn't realize however, that I could not chose my hotel. I was given a voucher for the Waikiki Beach comber. At first, I was disappointed, because it was not directly on the beach, but one block in, on Kalakauau Ave. I did manage to upgrade to a partial ocean view, with a little balcony. I found I very much enjoyed sitting on my balcony and looking down over the city life on their "main street" lined with palms and tiki torches. The hotel staff were very accommodating. Being very sensitive to noise, I was concerned about being on such a busy street. So they immediately changed my room, free of charge , to a much higher floor, which greatly reduced the noise. To get to the lobby from the street, one takes an escalator. It almost feels like an airport. In the lobby is the Hawaiian Aroma Cafe, and a little private pool area. Biggest perk was a complimentary vending machine of eco-friendly, coral-reef friendly sun block. That saved me! An ABC store is a couple feet away, as well as the Hawaiian Village, and it was only a block over to the beach. Another perk, complimentary filtered water dispensers. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay, and definitely would recommend the hotel.

Great hotel in the heart of Waikiki
Front desk and housekeeping were great. Front desk very helpful especially with missing room keys and house keeping for finding out lost shorts that had blown off the balcony. Great hotel right in the heart of Waikiki.
