Went to Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort with family for a much needed vacation. The room was very clean. We stayed in one of the ocean front rooms and WOW! So relaxing. The beach is right outside the hotel door. Great food at Duke’s, located inside the hotel. Hotel staff was great. All of our needs were met. The location is within walking distance to stores and food. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic hotel, great location
We arrived early after getting off a cruise. The room wasn’t really which we didn’t expect it to be as check is was 3pm, however the lady of reception made sure our room was available asap and took my mobile and text when it was ready. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the view from our room was amazing. The location of the hotel is right on the beach and ideally places for shops and restaurants. We stayed for two nights and again the lovely lady on reception arranged for us to move rooms on the last day so we could have a late check out as we didn’t fly until 10.30pm. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. If you are planning to visit Dukes restaurant then this hotel is ideally located as Dukes is within the hotel.

Phenomenal 33rd Anniversary Vacation in Waikiki
Outstanding location in Waikiki and phenomenal service! It all began with Rowena at checkin that discovered through casual conversation that my wife and I were celebrating our 33rd Wedding Anniversary… she was so kind and offered a no cost upgrade to our room, ensuring the location was in a quieter part of the property with wonderful ocean and Diamondhead views! She also included some gift coupons for free drinks and desserts as well as quickly signed is up for an Outrigger Discovery membership that gave us an additional 15% discount at the wonderful Hula Grill Waikiki. Duke’s is an iconic waterfront restaurant and beach bar that was located just beneath our room that has the best Mai Tai’s in Waikiki and the Hula Grill has amazing food! The entire staff of the hotel and restaurants were exceptional… going out of their way to provide professional and extremely friendly service. Additionally, the valet parking staff were super fast… I never waited over 3 minutes for my vehicle to be delivered. Overall, this was an outstanding venue for our anniversary! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting a great vacation location in the center of the high end district of Waikiki Beach.

Amazing experience at this beachfornt hotel. The rooms are always clean. The staff is always super nice and helpful. Love going straight down to enjoy the beach! Will return and Definitely recommend!!

Great stay at Outeigger !
Fiona was out housekeeper. She was wonderful ! Very friendly , and attentive to remembering our names, asking each day if we had any specific needs for the room and fulfilling those needs of possible . The rooms were a little old but clean and the bed was very comfortable.
