Our stay at the Outrigger Waikiki was fantastic! We totally enjoyed the location right on the beach. The staff was very friendly and attentive and they went out of their way to ensure everything was right. The food at Dukes and the Hula grill was excellent and we enjoyed the nightly music. There is a great selection of shops at the resort and within easy walking distance. Our spacious ocean view room had a gorgeous view of beautiful Waikiki from the lanai.

Great Experience at Outrigger Waikiki
Optimal location at the center of Waikiki. Walk distance to all the major restaurants. Direct access to the beach is definitely a huge plus. Super friendly and helpful staff members at the reception desk. They provide clear instructions and helpful tips for travellers. The check-in and out process is very smooth. The staff members in charge of the cultural activities are also friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We made bracelets and had a lot of fun. The staff at the valet parking are super helpful and efficient. Unlike some of the other hotels where you have to wait 15 minutes to get your car, our average waiting time to get the car from valet was 3 minutes. We had breakfast at the buffet in the Duke's Waikiki every day. They served great food and we received fantastic service from the staff there. Noise level could be an issue for people staying in city-view rooms. But that's expected because of the location of the hotel. And it's not too bad as it usually gets quiet starting from 11pm. I have stayed at a handful of major hotels at Waikiki and the experience at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort is one of the best.

Vacation
This is our 2nd time staying at the outrigger. The very first time in Hawaii we stayed somewhere else and after coming to outrigger to eat at the Dukes we fell in love with the outrigger and knew we wanted to stay here when we came back. We love it so much we are planning our next trip and we have only been home 2 days!

Beach Front
Great stay and excellent location. Restaurants had great food and service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to be right in the heart of Waikiki Beach area. Friendly staff and accommodating to make your stay enjoyable. ABC store on location was a plus.

Pleasant stay on the beach.
Being in a hotel on the beach creates a very different positive experience in Waikiki than other choices for us. We walked straight onto the sand as compared to out the door and down the street to get there. Staff was great. That's about all. Thanks.
