Amazing Hotel in Waikiki
Beautiful hotel that is very clean and well maintained. The management and staff are very friendly and hospitable. Conveniently located near the beach walkable to many restaurants. Live music every evening down in main restaurant and pool area. The room has refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. Free reusable bags and water bottles come with the room. Plenty of water stations in hotel so you never need to buy water. There’s a Starbucks on the first floor as well. Great place to be!

Best Waikiki Hotel
I’ve stayed at different hotels in Waikiki, and this is by far the best Hotel we stayed. We got a oceanview room and it was nice, clean, and newly renovated. The hotels location has beach access, nice view, close to shops and restaurants and the peaceful and more quiet side of Waikiki. The workers, including the valet guys were always pleasant and I like that they acknowledge us. Would definitely stay here again.

Bad General Manager
This hotel is a very beautiful place. The staff here are great. I heard such horror stories about the general manager it makes me so sad to see how the staff feel/are treated. Multiple staff members “vented to me” as the kids call it these days about how God awful the GM for the hotel is. If you have that many unhappy employees please get rid of Markus.

March 2023 Review (Room, Hotel, Around Hotel)
Excellent and newly renovated hotel. Super clean and well organized. In the room: (We were on the 7th floor facing the ocean - single King). Beds are extremely comfortable. Room has newer technology, including a JBL alarm clock/bluetooth speaker, and a LG Nanocell TV that has Chromecast built in (The same HDMI port is channel 80 on the TV if you want to bring your own streaming device). Included internet is about 3mbps and you are allowed 4 devices per room (included in your daily resort fee). Bathroom is great, includes a shower stall. Room also includes a fridge and Keurig coffee machine with creamers and sugar. Free beach bags and refillable aluminum water bottles are included as well which is a nice touch. In the hotel: The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, we had both breakfast and dinner there - reasonably priced and the coffee is amazing! They also have live local music every night. The pool deck has tons of chairs and the hotel gives you a card for 2 free towels. The pool itself wasn't too busy when we went, but expect kids. We didn't rent a car, but heard that hotel valet parking is $70/day which is pricey and common for the area. Around the hotel: The beach behind the hotel is very small but easily accessible. Chairs are not included but can be rented, and Waikiki itself is steps away. If you need to buy any snacks or drinks, you can find ABC convenience stores EVERYWHERE. Expect higher prices though. There is a good smattering of restaurants and shopping nearby as well. All in all, a great choice with nice amenities and very friendly staff.
