We had a wonderful stay at your resort. Its central location to the beach, facilities & shopping district was so convenient. Special thanks to Jackie who greeted us so vibrantly each day & made sure our room was always at its finest. Awesome.

Love love love this hotel
We stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and have been desperate to get back to Hawaii, since our last trip the hotel has been completely refurbished. New shops and MonkeyPod restaurant and a nice chilled smart bright beach vibe throughout. Love its location slightly out of the Waikiki Beach madness, but close enough to everything. The hotel has a lovely chilled homely relaxed feel, love the nightly music which fills the whole hotel so you can sit in the pool, have dinner in the bar or on your balcony and hear the music. Both times we have enjoyed the voyage club, god I love that view with my morning coffee or the sunset with a cocktail. Never thought I’d say this but brand new excellent gym equipment and rooms. You should really take advantage of the cultural programs, make a lei with Auntie. Can’t wait to go back, planning the next date already. Thank you for the caring and thoughtful staff who filled our stay with Aloha. (Only negative, need to deal with the pigeons 😂)

Relaxing time at the Outrigger Reef
We have been to Hawai'i twice before staying at a different hotel when our kids, now teenagers, were little. This holiday was a special trip to celebrate a 50th birthday and we changed to the Outrigger Reef due to strike action at our original hotel. We are so glad that we did as we had an amazing time here. Check in was smooth with friendly staff, the room was modern and clean with everything we needed and a great view (partial ocean view booked). Beds were comfy, Lily our housekeeper was wonderful - an asset to the hotel. There was always room at the pool which was great with friendly pool staff and nice food from the Kani Ka Pila grill. Monkeypod was a good restaurant that was able to cater for members of our party who had food allergies. Handy ABC store on site and a 1 minute walk to Lewers Strret and the main shops so great location. If we get the chance to come back to Hawai'i I would definitely stay at the Outrigger Reef again.

Outrigger reef review
Stayed in room 411. Housekeeping was great, Lily our cleaner was very friendly and did an amazing job, she made us feel very welcomed at the hotel. The hotel is a lovely place with a nice relaxed environment, especially the pool area. The restaurants had great food although you may need to book a table as they fill up very fast. We had a great time with the food here, as travelling as someone with allergies they had many options and the staff were very helpful. If I ever came back to hawaii I would love to stay here again.

Outrigger Reef service and amenities
Good hotel. Plenty of things to do. Good restaurants and variety of food available. Housekeeping excellent. Stayed in room 411. Lily our cleaner, was friendly and did a great job. The hotel staff generally were cordial and helpful. Used the gym most days. Equipment clean, modern in a good space with air conditioning.
