Our house keeper Mary was amazing. Her hospitality was unmatched. My daughter left something in our room at check out and Mary found us to return it. We will definitely be back. Thanks Mrs Mary !!!

My take on the Outrigger Reef
This was our second time visiting the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Resort; it was, once again, a great experience. Let’s start with the atmosphere, in my opinion it is a great and very pleasant atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying the nightly music or just relaxing poolside in one of the available cabanas or day beds, our choice was a day bed. The cost was a little high for just a space for the day, as are most things on the island. As for the avaialability of needed items, this was very convenient with an ABC store located on property. If you needed something it was, for the most part, available on the resort. Now I would like to talk about the service provided during our stay, the staff at the onsite restaurant Kani Ka Pila Grill were absolutely outstanding, from the to the point and here’s your drink Dylan to the always happy and willing to offer information Mikey and let’s not forget the always inviting and service oriented Rory and Billy, all of the staff was great and accommodating to the needs of the many customers flowing into and around the establishment. Thank you Dylan, Mikey, Rory and Billy, you all ROCK! These guys know their craft! I also would like to shout out to the day time bartender Alaina, always professional and kind to all, thank you Alaina! In closing, if you had to choose a resort that offers an array of selections and is on the smaller side, choose Outrigger Reef Waikiki, you won’t be disappointed!

Great service and perfect location, everything we needed!
We had an amazing experience at Outrigger Reef! We traveled as a family and this was the perfect location. The little beach out front was so nice for a quick dip, and the location was asking distance to everything we needed. We also lived the little pool bar and we stayed on property one night to enjoy the live music. The spacious fitness center was also really nice! This property offered everything!

Waikiki holiday
Aloha We had a wonderful time in Waikiki enjoying time away with family. We love the beach pool and cocktails. The room was always clean and tidy to come back to thanks to a wonderful lady Lovelyn who serviced our room each day. She was always kind and friendly to us. Mahalo

Excellent Waikiki Resort
We really enjoyed our stay at the Outrigger Reef. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed. The staff were friendly and did their best to accommodate requests. Food at the restaurants was good, including poolside. Our housekeeper Lilly was attentive and asked if needed anything.
