    Great service and hospitality from John Diaz

    I wanted to specifically mention the houseman, John Diaz. Every time I ran into him in the hallway, he politely addressed me by my name (I’m not even sure how he knew my name!) He was gracious and authentic and a wonderful example of Aloha spirit and hospitality. Outrigger Reef Waikīkī is a fantastic hotel and they are truly lucky to have John on their team!

    Great experience

    The staff is amazing and very friendly. Jenny cleaned our room and it was always spotless. Everyone was very helpful and the pool and beach access was great. It’s a central location and easy to walk everywhere. The bar that is pool side as well as the monkey pod are great places to grab a drink and a bite to eat.

    Clean and comfortable

    The Hotel staff , especially Mary, are very kind and helpful. The room is super comfortable and clean. We always stay here when we visit Waikiki. You cant beat the sunsets on the water and the catamaran rides to see the Friday night fireworks!

    Great beach side hotel close to everything

    Great location near the beach and walkable to all of Waikiki and Honolulu. The pool is very large with three hot tubs. Restaurant has great food and many options. We had a lot of fun in the hotel bar as well. The in room amenities were nice and we had the best host named Mary cleaning our room and restocking our coffee every day. She was very friendly and attentive.

    Great location, great housekeeper

    This hotel is located close to everything you need. The beach, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. Our housekeeper Ms. Mary was amazing. She was the sweetest and kindest housekeeper we have ever met. She did a wonderful job and quite frankly, this lady deserves a raise for her excellent example of customer service. She really should be training others, she is just that good. Additionally, the valet service was great! I would have given this hotel a 5 except, the front desk did not provide information for which we needed for our vowel renewal, nor informed us that we had to use our wristbands to use the elevator and last but not least, we requested to be placed on the ocean side a few days before we got there and they said that shouldn't be a problem. Only to find out when we got there it was not possible.
