This hotel is amazing! what makes it stand out the most is hotel staff, in particular, our housekeeper, Precious. She was very willing to do whatever it took to keep us comfortable and made us feel very welcome. Front desk staff are also preþy amazing and represent the hotel well. Every single encounter was pleasurable. Would stay here again ND highly recommend

Outstanding Stay!
This was our first visit to Hawái , we had no idea what to expect and I only can where a great experiencias in the islan, not only with the hotel but the area. Totally recommended, cleanliness, size of the rooms, service every day, water filters available, direct access to Waikiki beach, towel service. I recommend you rent a car, the hotel will charge 60 dollar every night but you will save in the island tour and you will be free to use the valet service all day. Take the Luau Class Free!!

Great experience
Room service was great. Never at an inconvenient time. I believe my host was Agnes. Very friendly and welcoming with great recommendations to find my sugar cane and other local fruits. The food was great at the monkey pod and the pool side bar.

Mother Daughter/ Girls trip
Miss Mary was very diligent in her duties ensuring our room was cleaned, towels refreshed. Miss Mary is very courteous, respectful, and a delight to see and speak to. She is very accommodating to her customers. I appreciate her kindness and dedication. If I return and she's still working there I would request her floor.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
By far the best experience I have had at a hotel! The staff are so kind and are always smiling. The hotel is so clean and gives such a relaxing feel. Loved our ocean view room and waking up every morning to a gorgeous sunrise. Voyager 47 club is so worth it, they have great breakfast, appetizers and drinks at sunset! Highly recommend!!
