    Nice choice

Stayed at this hotel with my husband and 1 year old. The rooms were very nice, and it was very convenient that you could get to the mall and so many eateries without walking outside. Though this was a nice choice, it just wasn't for us, as we felt like the bellhops and such were required to assist us, and we prefer to go at our own speed and do things the way we like them done (especially with a 1 year old and so many things we may or may not want to bring in with us). Had they allowed us to park ourselves and bring things in/out as we pleased, we would have liked this experience more.

    AVOID AT ALL COST

We stayed there in February and their valet park damaged our car and refused to take responsibility. You can't trust them and unfortunately there's no choice about choosing how to park - you are at their mercy. so buyer beware. Not professional at all.

    Weekend away

My wife and I went away for the weekend, The Omni Providence was in walking distance to everything. Staff was great, room was very clean and parking was easy. We had a great time and plan on going back.

    Great Conference Experience

I attended a two day work conference which required a night stay at the Omni. We were served several meals throughout the conference and the food was absolutely delicious. Staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. Definitely worth a trip back!

    Very good location

The location is good (connected to the shopping mall and walking distance to downtown. The hotel would be a 5 star but we have stayed in better places in Providence but they were more expensive for the 4th of July weekend.
