Great check in, horrible check out
Front desk staff were helpful, especially when I had concerns regarding dry-cleaning (which was outside of their control) but the staff at restaurants on sight are dismissive, inattentive, and just plain rude. I was also accused of not paying for my valet when checking out of the hotel. This was unacceptable, especially in front of my wife, and I had the receipt IN MY HAND! If you’re thinking of the Omni in Atlanta for a getaway, prepare for headaches on the way out, and plan to eat off-site.

Some of the Best Restaurant Service You Will Find
I was very impressed by the restaurants in the Omni, especially Top Draft. The food service was so fast, and consistent each of the few times I went there. The location is super convenient and the staff is amazing. I was served by Nopita, who did an amazing job! I recommend the Blackened Salmon Sandwich, and they also have the best fries I have ever had, anywhere. A can't miss spot if you're looking for somewhere to catch the game.

Overpriced
Forced to use a valet even if you're handicap. 100 a night incidentals that you find out when you get there. Both those seem pretty illegal to me. And for the exorbitant prices you get limited food options that are mediocre quality, limited drink options, very limited television that is mostly sports and news, and a layout that can be very confusing even after multiple stays and isn't disabled friendly.

Ok but some big inconveniences
Valet guys were so nice and friendly. They brought the score up. I was carrying about 7 bags and a toddler bike really struggling. Wish we could have had a cart but I was told you can only use one with a bell boy. The check in keys that took us all the way to end of the 7th floor didn’t work. So I had to leave my pregnant wife with my 18 month old and stack of stuff so I could back down to get new keys made. The front desk didn’t apologize for the massive inconvenience. We spent extra to get a hotel that separated my son sleeping from the living room for a nice one night vacation. The TV didn’t originally work in the living room. After playing with the wires and resets, I got the channels to work (still no guide). Layout of rooms was cool and fun. Room was clean. Shower hot cold was backwards (just fyi no big deal). Here was the absolute worst part: outside our window was a conference with a full volume DJ and hundreds of people. My son goes to bed at 8. We recognize that’s early so we turned his sound machine as loud as it went and then you could barely hear the roaring of the conference party and bass. We figured the hotel would have a rule for like 9? 10? PM quiet time. This party was until midnight. My pregnant wife tried to sleep at 10:30 and just laid there unable to sleep until it got quiet about 11:40. There may be something on the reservation I missed, but I feel like I should have been told my room won’t be quiet until midnight. I spent over $1000 to stay here on our one single night of vacation for 2025. Last note, the person who was texting me from the hotel was very quick at responding and I felt this was a cool and convenient feature.

RS&P June Stay
We went for the Rangerstop & Pop. We were welcomed, greeted with kind smiles, and told multiple times that anything we needed to just ask for. It truly felt like a home away from home.
