Birthday trip with my sister. There is a lot to do in this resort. A lot of different activities each day. I was on daisy side but the restaurants was amazing beach was nice. Great time coworkers are very kind and sweet. As far “clubing” in the resort there but it’s second floor where the pool is. This resort had coworkers that was promoting coco bongo that was amazing. Bargain ur way but it’s amazing time. Picks u up drops u off and drinks are free with snacks

Must needed relaxing vacation
Very relaxing vacation for my husband, me and our teenage son which is what we were looking for . Great gym and tennis courts . Excellent food and staff were excellent . I spent majority of time at ocean pool which was pretty quiet Started to get very busy into Easter week and harder to find chairs. We stayed at eden and upgraded to rooftop jacuzzi. Resort is nice size and has frequent tram to get to lobby etc

We came here for 2 week easter break from UK. For the price you pay it's quite a good hotel. We've stayed in many h10 hotels and never had any complaints. The hotel could do with some general maintenance e.g the sunbeds are awful and not flat but rather dipped in the middle. There's no laundry line in rooms to dry clothes. You can tell rooms have not been deep cleaned as under the bed and TV stand table is quite dirty. Our table drawers weren't closing properly and on our second day I reported this to reception but no one came to fix them throughout our stay. Food is ok for what you pay but as vegetarians we ended up having same food nearly everyday. Staff are all brilliant, helpful and hardworking. Kids club is brilliant. If your kids are old enough to come back to you without picking them up from club then you have that option to sign them out when you sign in. We thought this was great as it saved going to collect them. Activities offered are great. If you have young kids, book rooms in daisy building as it's nearer to kids club and kids swimming pool. Public toilets by daisy pool is quite clean. Evening activities are great too. Mexican night is great as they have a Mexican market in the main plaza albeit with highly hiked up prices for everything. I used the gym, it also needs a deep clean as treadmills were very dusty, the settings are in Spanish and not straightforward to know how to start them and there was no staff around until after 9 to show you how to start them. The floor was a bit dusty too. There's a jogging trail that could do with some maintenance as the ground paving was uneven and some even coming off. Spa was great. Mike's coffee house has long queues in the morning and evenings. There's iguanas, monkeys, coatees around the goal but they don't bother guests and the hotel proudly include them as part of their community by promoting biodiversity and respect for flora and fauna. There's early limited breakfast available for any guests going on excursions before 7am. WiFi is quite good everywhere I would recommend this hotel and would definitely come back as the staff are all hardworking, polite, friendly and helpful.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The food was so bad we went out every night and day. After our first night dinner that was it ! Was verbally assaulted by a staff member. They really need to learn about customer service. It was really bad!

Really bad! Bad food, huge lines to get any food in the buffet, service is terrible, you wait long time to get anything, everything is so slow, waitresses just ignore you at the buffet. It is not possible to make a reservation to any restaurant at the resort. Forget about chairs at the pool or beach if you wake up later than 6 am. Very disappointing resort!
