We are here from Canada for the first time. We went to the bowling alley and Benjamin and Gustavo were fantastic. They made our night and our trip so much fun! The atmosphere was great and we loved that there was a bar inside. It was even better to watch them heckle my husband after I beat him both games!

Excellent stay
We were well taken care of throughout the stay. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast for me wasn’t amazing at the buffet but lunch and dinner were amazing. Steakhouse and la locanda and blue moon were excellent. Bit of seaweed on the beach but it was moved every day. I’m glad I didn’t book privilege as you don’t need to. We’ve made some amazing memories here. Sad to go home.

Francisco (butler for Premium) was excellent! He was helpful, kind, and attentive. The premium lounge/restaurant had amazing staff and food. I ate at all the restaurants requiring reservations and Sakura and the Steakhouse were my favourites. I would recommend the tequila tasting (well organized and informative). The Mexican evenings in the square were a treat. I would have given 5 stars, however the furniture in the room looked very tired (needs replacing). It’s a shame because the staff works so hard and are kind and very eager to help. Also, a big shout out to the wonderful trolley drivers who worked very hard.

Great resort, ignore the bad reviews
All the staff at this resort are great but like anywhere whether at home or away you get those that go above and beyond and those that truly love what they do. Isabel Garcia is one of those people. If you ever have the pleasure to visit this resort, stop by the El Beso pool so you can meet her. Isabel always has a smile for you, works tirelessly in the heat without ever a complaint and is always genuinely pleasant. The entertainment staff could provide more activities around the El Beso pool. Staying on the adults side you expect a more livelier atmosphere. Night time entertainment was ok. The disco was one of the better ones in my experience. Food was great! Lots of variety. Set up in the buffet ie. location of the omelette station could be changed to allow better flow / less congestion. Other than that, the availability and quality is great. The beach is not large or fantastic, but is clean and not much sargassum when we were there. Daisy selection pool looked great for kids, lots of water slides etc. It was a great trip, and we will definitely be back! I would definitely

Great Stay!!
Had a fantastic time at the ORP. All the staff were friendly and the service was great wherever we went. We stayed in an el beso swim up and we absolutely loved it. The el beso pool was so great and our server Isabel Garcia was amazing. Best pool side service we’ve ever had. Thanks for the great stay!!
