Had a wonderful 10 night stay over new years at Ocean Riviera Paradise. We had the privilege upgrade with a junior suite for a family of 4 (kids 6 and 9). The room was plenty spacious and my son (9) found the pull out couch bed to be very comfortable. Room was always cleaned well each day and left very comfortable. Our butler, Adrian, was absolutely amazing. He took care of everything for us and was very responsive to any requests or questions we had. We definitely were able to fully enjoy ourselves because we knew he would take care of anything we needed. If you have the privilege upgrade, I highly recommend requesting Adrian as your butler. We had great food and great experiences all the resort. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful at every turn. Some staff that stood out were Olivia at the beach, Angel at the beach bar, Ives at the privilege pool bar, Ricardo at the privilege restaurant and of course Mirelle and all the kids club helpers. Our kids loved kids club, we checked them in 4 out of the ten days for the two hour sessions. Gave mom and dad a much needed break. This time of year the beach is plenty enough to have fun. Our kids loved playing in the sand and the water is very pleasant for a swim. Overall, this resort is very clean with excellent staff and good food/drinks. I don’t think you will get a better value for what you pay here.

Made our trip the easiest having Aidren
This was the first time we had a butler for all of our friends and family. Aidren was the best for all of us and made sure we were very happy with our stay. He gave us a 110% making sure we had reservations for food for 14 and arranging our excursion. He made sure every room was taken care of bar stocked and cleaned. Asking if we wanted hot tubs filled for the night. He supplied us with electrolyte drinks as we needed. He was there everyday and made sure we were happy and taken care of. Always asked how are meals are and if any issues. Very personable and handles all situations to make it happen. If you request him as your butler or if you get Aidren you will not be disappointed. He makes you feel like family from another world. Excellent job on his part during our trip 1/2/25-1/9/25

Wonderful family vacation! Hotel staff are all friendly and accommodating. Staff at El Beso Pool (Liliana, Nelli & Francisco plus Daniel & Samuel at the bar) were fantastic with their service & drink recommendations. Food was OK, some places better than others. Making reservations could be improved for groups rather than forcing each room to make their own & hoping to all succeed. Rooms clean and comfortable. Would definitely return.

We play with Jessica she was so amazing she was so fun and had the best energy she talked with us for 15 min it was amazing the things she taught us she taught us so many Spanish works and was one of the best employees i met here!!!! Loveee her so muchh

Super welcoming
Highly recommend the resort. Just finished staying there with my group of friends. Everything was amazing. Food was always fresh and great , tried out lots of restaurants within. In addition Adrian was a super big help to enhance the stay as well!
