Room service- perfect Towels - sometimes I couldn’t find towels to use on the pool Food service - people working very kindly, all nice people Specially for Sofia Yeon, Cristina Medina, and the person that prepare tacos both very very kind. Overall- a place that brought good experience and good memories

Amazing chilled Family Holiday
The holiday was amazing from the moment we checked in and until we left. We were a family of 3 from the UK (Female 52, Male 52 & Male 16) and we stayed at Royal Level. Would definitely recommend Royal Level over standard, its worth every penny. Upon arrival we were taken to the Royal Check in, which was quick efficient and friendly. Cases were taken to the rooms by the Bell Boys. The room were spacious, with plenty of clothes storage, very clean and beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a good shower. Towels were changed every day, twice if needed. There was a hairdryer attached to the wall next to the sink. The view was of the beach was amazing. Never used the jacuzzi tub on the large balcony. We had a welcome platter of fruit, bottle of Cava. Beers, soft drinks & bottled water were filled daily in the fridge. Meals could be taken in any of the buffet or speciality restaurants, but we chose to eat breakfast lunch & dinner in the Royal only restaurant. There was a menu with plenty of choices which were cooked to order. All our meals were good, much better than what we saw at the buffet and speciality restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and would remember our preferred drinks. The Royal Beach bar was fabulous, serving branded alcoholic & soft drinks and also bottled water. The cocktails were great, and would also make them to order. Never really had to wait for drinks, as no queues. The Royal part of the beach had plenty of shade and beds at any time of the day. No need to reserve seating! There were two whirlpool baths by the bar, one was warm, but the other was colder than all of the pools and the sea, which was lovely. The rest of the hotel grounds and pools were well maintained and very clean. We all had a really relaxing holiday and cant wait to visit again.
