Staff made our 12 day stay a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Elizabeth, Fernanda, Lorena and Lourdes at the spa made us feel great. Luis, Jesus and staff at the buffet ensured we were well fed. Martin at Bell Desk ensured we got where we're going quickly and safely.This was our second time staying at the resort and we hope to come back again.

Overall, a decent value for a family of 6. Definitely not a 5 star resort as is claimed in Google. The food was good, not limited options. Dinner reservations for restaurants were hard to get. The El Mariachi restaurant was horrible. The Chile relleno was awful. The chile was not softened and it was in tempura batter which was bizarre. The beans were awful. The only nice thing was the service. The best restaurant is Tokyo. Our chef was engaging and inclusive to everyone at the table. The food was excellent and it was a great time. The buffet was good and I really appreciated that the salsas were spicy. Good pandulce and dessert options. We would not return as Nueva Vallarta is 30 minutes from downtown and too far. It was a fine time and the staff was very friendly.

Leydi gave a wonderful massage! She found the most tense spots in my shoulders and worked on them extra long. Top notch customer service and a great experience all around. They even gave our party's birthday girls little cakes. Thank you, we plan to come back!

Amazing place, great people, fun times!
Service is through out outstanding!!! The staff are always ready to help and always with a smile on their face. Luis Robles and David Garcia from the restaurant are rock stars...simply the BEST! Christian (vallet) always smiling and extremely polite and helpful. All the amenities are well maintained, and most importantly, clean.

This place is amazing!!
Amazing place. The hotel is really well maintained, clean and the staff go over and beyond to help you. Special shout out to Luis Robles, David Garcia and Christian (vallet). It was our first experience in Mexico and we're really happy we chose this hotel.
