The courteous staff, clean beaches ( saw staff raking the seaweed off the beach ) Rooms were clean, no loud partying at night. The Occidental is the perfect place to unwind.

10/10 experience. The staff here make you feel like family from the moment you arrive. Service is top-tier — everyone goes above and beyond to take care of you. The event coordinators are exceptional, and Jesus Moo truly made the entire trip unforgettable. Could not have asked for better hospitality.

Paradise
It was amazing!!! Better than Xcaret for me personally. My favorite was the food!!!!! omg mexican day in the buffet gives you alil taste of Mexican culture. Xcaret the buffet didnt give you alil taste of Mexican food. Sheyla Solis treated us with the utmost respect and her hospitality was unmatched. We will be back thank you Cozumel. Everyone has to come here! We are First club member and they treated is like one!!

ver boring very few activities. pool volleyball darts and bingo as requested. prizes given was a chap bag with coupons in it to ho into town and spend money. that's no prize. the ibersostsr gave t-shirts front packs etc. L so rate of exchange for pesos and dollars was 14 to 1. the iberastar gave 18.beef was overcooked and toughexcept for raw hamburgers. the plus were the rooms big with comfortable beds thanks to the hurricane little beach. no room for beach volleyball will not be returning

Not a 4 star hotel
The staff was very nice and you could tell they were trying to make our stay great. But the hotel needs work. A slice of tomato and a pickle remained on the floor just outside our room the entire time, indicating a lack of cleanliness in common areas. The toilet flusher broke, which caused inconvenience. There were broken bricks scattered in the sand on the beach, creating a safety hazard. The indoor breakfast buffet area was uncomfortably hot due to the lack of air conditioning, making it difficult to enjoy the meals.
