Only place in Miami Beach to stay!
Second time here, absolutely beautiful everytime, top notch service all around, HUGE thank you to Tatyana and Krystal for making our stay wonderful as could be!

Valet staff
Jean in the Valet area was very helpful and caring. Jean went above and beyond in customer service, in assisting us. He definitely made a difference in our stay. The entire valet staff was very helpful and does a great job in making you feel welcomed.

Elegant hotel with great rooms - not super family friendly
Beautiful rooms and service. Ocean access was incredible. Pools were a bit crowded but adult pool was incredible with a killer view of the beach. Definitely book Nobu not Eden Roc for access to this pool and spa. Elegant rooms with great bathrooms and products. Nobu restaurant was incredible but poolside restaurant was very mid-level and silly expensive for what it is. Not super for kids- under 18 as they are not allowed in the best pool and spa / not surprising just a bummer.

We were unable to relax on our quick vacation and instead harassed by hotel staff the entire time.
I booked Nobu Miami through Expedia. We had a very rough time with the booking in general. First our booking was cancelled the day before our stay because we did not pay a deposit of 1 nights stay, even though we booked 'pay at the property' on Expedia. A quick phone call got that cleared up as we paid our one nights deposit. When we arrived the following day, a member of the Nobu hotel staff checked us in and let us know our balance was $1200 due now which left us confused. We moved to the side and tried to come up with a plan for how to pay this as we weren't expecting to have to pay that upfront since we already paid the 1 nights deposit ($350) and were only staying 2 days. After some deliberation, we went back to the front desk and asked a manager to break down why we owe $1200 up front. The manager, Salvatore, mentioned that the new employee had mad a mistake and that we only needed to pay $400 deposit for 2 nights and that the initial 1 night we paid would be refunded. We paid the $400 and were finally able to check in after 1.5 hours. Throughout our stay Nobu continued to charge my credit card various different and RANDOM amounts to try to get a 'balance' paid off for the rooms. This caused my Credit cards to lock up on vacation. They also called us many times throughout our stay, chasing $$ when all we wanted to do was relax. We were even stopped in the lobby and asked "will you be able to pay" as if we couldn't afford to be there, but my card was declining/ blocking Nobu because they kept making random charges and reversing them over the course of 2 days that AMEX marked it as fraud. On my trip, I had to call my credit card company and get them to unfreeze my card and try to reverse some of the refunds from Nobu quicker so that I would have enough $$ to spend on my vacation. It was the sloppiest billing system I've ever encountered. Furthermore, it disturbed our trip having to be harassed for a bill upfront by phone and in person. We never even go clarity on what was charged, when, and why. We were able to speak to another manager other than Salvatore who promised us some discounts would be sent to our email for the headache, confusion, and annoyance of being harassed by staff and Nobu billing over a BASIC 2 NIGHT STAY. We NEVER received the discounts or incentives promised to us via email and its extremely disappointing that these companies lie and do not care about your peace on a vacation. I will NOT be back. I tried to resolve via the BBB but NOBU does not care about their rating there.

Wonderful Experience
Had an amazing stay pre and post cruise! What a beautiful property, great food and excellent service! Joshua at the front desk was a Rockstar! Brandon took great care of us as well. Will definitely be back.
