Our personal concierge Michelle Ponce made the trip perfect in every way!
We had an amazing experience at Nobu Hotel in Cabo. From the welcome to our departure things were perfect thanks to our personal concierge Michelle Ponce! She took care of every detail both on and offsite for us which allowed us to truly enjoy our time in Cabo!

Service Extraordinaire!
The service set this place apart. All of the staff were so attentive. Loved the pickleball option! Would have given 5 stars but one dinner I had was dry, and flavorless, it was the duck carnitas tacos. I didn't even eat it. But the rest is the meals were excellent. And Ceasar our concierge was AMAZING!!! Spa prices are so outrageous, if they made them a little more reasonable they would sell more services for sure. $1000 for a massage package is too much regardless. Not good stewardship of funds.

Best family vacation with baby accommodations
We had the sweetest family vacation and anniversary trip at Nobu Cabo! We stayed there before and knew we had to come back again, now with our daughter. We always love the friendly service, clean and comfortable rooms. This time we requested extra baby accommodations during our stay and the hospitality went above and beyond! They supplied a crib, baby bath tub, mini fridge to keep her milk cold and microwave to reheat our food. I’m so impressed by this service because it’s not offered anywhere else. Also, our concierge Michelle Ponce greeted us on day one and was super friendly, checking in on our daily needs and even helped us book a last minute private airport car service. She made our trip very easy and seamlessly. We are looking forward to coming back soon!

An Amazing Experience!
Calling our vacation wonderful would be an understatement. It exceeded all expectations and hopes. The amazing property was only outshined by the amazing staff. Each day started with a fantastic breakfast at Nami, where we're were warmly greeted by Ulysses, Omar and Jesus. The went far above and beyond to make sure that our day got off to a great start. Next we migrated to the pool where Gabriel M. And Sebastien took over. They made sure that our drinks were full, our sun glasses were clean and saw to everything to make our afternoons by the pool perfect. They were both great! Each night we finished with an unbelievable meal at Nobu. The food was perfect and was made even better by the friendly and excellent service we received. Omar behind the sushi bar and Delphino on the terrace saw to our every need, always with a smile! They made an amazing meal, even better! The captain of the ship was Napoleon Ramirez, our local ambassador. His attention to detail was incredible and he made every effort to ensure that we had a great vacation. Mission Accomplished! When we left we were sad our vacation was over, but also because we were leaving so many new friends from the staff at this fantastic hotel. We will be back!!

Not worth the cost. Service is suffering.
We have loved Nobu in the past. The resort and service have gone downhill since our last visit. Booked a birthday trip for my wife and booked the birthday package which included a room upgrade. We arrived at 1 pm and did t get in the room until 8 pm with our bags. They offered us champagne as a reconcile but we don’t drink so they took it away and that was it. On her birthday we booked a massage. The room was ice cold and e couldn’t move because it was a couples room. We froze the entire time. Afterward there was no hot water in either locker room and the hot tub was broken. We asked for maid service multiple times before we left the room for the day and returned to not having the fresh room. More apologies but not changing experience. At the end we were offered no reconciliation and when I mentioned our displeasure we met a manager who did take some of our food bill away, although we didn’t get close to our food service minimum anyway on the birthday package. The resort is staffed with junior managers so you can tell they’ve lost trained personnel to other high end resorts. Overall you can do much better for the cost. We won’t be returning.
