Sitting on the southernmost tip of the Baja Peninsula, Nobu Hotel Los Cabos has mesmerizing views of sparkling sapphire waters, stretching as far as the eye can see. The hotel offers 200 guest rooms and suites, ample meeting and event spaces, a luxurious spa, retail shopping, infinity pools, private cabanas, and a variety of bars and dining, including a Nobu restaurant on the beach.

Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment.
Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
A maximum of two pets are allowed per room. The hotel is not responsible for providing food for pets due to each pet's particular diet/eating habits. The pet friendly program allows for each pet to be a maximum weight of 48.5lbs and a height of 15.7in. The program requires a fee of 150USD plus tax per pet, per stay. The hotel will not provide kennels or crates.

Amazing hotel. Great concierge. Ask for anything, it’s done better than you expect! Indoor dining is amazing and the experience is unique atleast for me. We had the private pool, it was awesome. Warm water which made us enjoyable through out the night

Amazing Stay
I had a great experience at Nobu. The service, food and resort itself was excellent, Michelle Ponce was my personal ambassador and helped with every aspect of my stay - restaurant reservations, room accommodations, etc…. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I will definitely be back in the near future. Be advised, it is windy at times but nothing too extreme.

Best trip ever
Michelle Ponce was our point of contact at the Nobu residences and she made the stay so nice and so easy. Truly my favorite hotel I’ve been to. There multiple restaurants on the property so you don’t even need to leave for anything. Every meal comes with free apps too

Easter Spring Break Vacation
1. Beautiful hotel with pristine grounds! 2. The rooms were large for our family of four and the kids loved the swim up pool. 3. The pools were very clean and loved not having to rush for chairs! Chairs were in abundance as was staff to make vacation amazing. 4. Kids club was a hit with kiddos from age 6-10! 5. Food!! Well in one word amazing!! All around and still dreaming of my octopus pool side tacos with my skinny margarita! 7. Easter event was perfect and soo cute and soo fun! From the animal petting zoo to the easter bunny egg hunt to the cake pop decorations and face painting it was perfect! Our boys and girls had ana amazing time and us parents also enjoyed and had great photos to cherish! 8. Our concierge was above and beyond amazing!!! Our vacation was special because of him and just easy! With a group of 8 his expertise made all the difference in our vacation.

The finest at Nobu
First time at Nobu and we were flabbergasted by the quality of everything! Food, service , amenities are A++. They have a concierge service within the hotel . Our concierge Luis was response , attentive and courteous. Then we became part of the Prive Club, we couldn’t imagine the service could be any better , insert Stephano our ambassador within the residences. We have never experienced service like this and it was sincere gratitude for him to serve you- Stephano was responsive via text till late, scheduled appts and checked in to make sure all went well. Upon checking out , Stephano conducted a private check out - bell boy right behind him and waited till our car took off for the airport. Stephano is one of a kind - if I am at Nobu , he is our only option. Nothing else!! Lastly, Nobu- keep up this level and quality of service and you have a loyal customer . Already booking my flight back with our boys. See you soon Stephano!! Mr & Mrs A🎉
