terrible service and staff. did not feel welcomed. food was not good, even the kids wouldn't eat the 'kid' food. room service menu very limited. making the daily reservations was impossible. we had to bribe our way in. kids club was an embarrassment. things were broken and staff unfriendly. all around

Amazing experience. Comfortable beds, nice rooms, love the pool and the beach. Butler service and hotel staff was courteous and kind. When we ran out of items in the minibar we called and refill it. 24 hours room service and good beef sandwich. Food was amazing. We ate at the Wok wok, space walker, verdello, fresco, the buffet place was so good. 100% recommend!!! Coming next year for sure!!

Dishonest Staff - Negative Experience
While there is a lot of fun to be had here, our experience was tainted by the fact that our concierge, Jorge, lied to us about a promotion. Everyone is forced to talk to a concierge upon check in, which is annoying to begin with. It's just another person trying to upsell you and fishing for tips. There are certain things you cannot do without the concierge, so you have to go through it. Jorge said that he would get us free tickets to the Pajamajam because of a "promotion". He did NOT tell us that there were strings attached, and in return we had to sit through an hour-long timeshare presentation afterward and force our 2 & 4 year olds to attend at the time when they needed to be eating lunch and napping. When we told him we couldn't attend he charged us $240 for the experience. When we complained, none of the hotel staff or managers cared or would reverse the charge. They said "there is nothing we can do". Our family would NOT have attended the Pajamajam if he was honest with us about what it entailed. To make matters worse, Jorge also left us hanging on our last day - he refused to answer his phone or meet us at check out. We had to lug all of our suitcases and children to the front by ourselves. We feel duped and lied to. This is obviously the tactic they use to force people to listen to their sales pitch. We will never return.

Mr. Jeans!!!
Jeans is the ultimate best...he is the most friendly face at the resort, always making every guests stay the most enjoyable and as perfect as can be. We have had Jeans assist us on the past 4 trips to Nickelodeon and he has made the trips so carefree and relaxing because he takes care of all of our reservations, rides to wherever we want to go, answering any questions we have, etc. He is certainly the best and Nickelodeon Punta Cana wouldn't be the same without him!
