An Unforgettable Experience!
We had such an amazing time during our stay! At Spacewalker, the food was absolutely delicious, and the kids' drinks were a big hit. Our waiters, Henry and Kendrick, were incredible—so kind and attentive. My girls had such a great time that we came back another day just to enjoy it all over again! The Sweetery was another favorite spot. Rosanna was always so friendly and welcoming. My girls looked forward to going there every night for ice cream and cake—it became part of our nightly routine. A huge thank you to Chef Andres and Chef Manuel at the water park. They work incredibly hard, even when it's super busy, and they always have a smile on their faces. Their friendliness and dedication really stood out! And last but definitely not least, our butler Leo—thank you for everything you did for us. You were so helpful, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated your kindness. These wonderful people made our trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

It was a blast!
It was super fun for my family and I. The customer service was excellent, and there was fun activities for the kids and adults. Our butler - Jose is the best! His attention to details and prompt assistance made it a very relaxing experience.

I shared with him and Isabel what we would like to do and they made it all happen! Shout out Carlos & Daniel at the bar! Omarion & Team Nick was fun! Overall great experience!

Slime time @ Nickelodeon Puta Cana
Our stay at the Nickelodeon Resort in Punta Cana was nothing short of incredible! Although we missed the iconic slime welcome drinks due to a delayed flight, the staff still greeted us with such enthusiasm and warmth that it instantly made us feel at home. Their energy was contagious, setting the tone for a truly memorable trip. Given that this is a Nickelodeon-themed resort, we expected it to be heavily kid-focused—but we were pleasantly surprised by how well they balanced fun for both children and adults. There were dedicated spaces and thoughtful touches that made it easy for grown-ups to unwind and enjoy themselves just as much. The resort was spotless—every corner impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Our room exceeded expectations: spacious and stylish with a private terrace, modern standing shower, a fully stocked mini-bar, and 24-hour room service. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a genuine smile, and their positive energy never faded. Even with our limited Spanish, communication was a breeze—staff made a real effort to bridge language gaps seamlessly. Activities were non-stop! The daily itinerary was jam-packed with entertainment, games, and events. There’s so much to do that you could easily burn yourself out trying to experience everything. On top of that, the resort features gorgeous pools throughout and direct beach access. One tip: check the best times to visit the beach beforehand—our visit coincided with a heavy seaweed season, which made swimming in the ocean difficult. The food and drinks were impressive. While some premium options came with an extra cost, the all-inclusive offerings were more than satisfying. The buffet, in particular, was a highlight—we ended up dining there almost every night. The variety and quality were top-notch, with cuisine that celebrated both local Dominican flavors and international favorites. The staff and managers there truly went above and beyond. That said, a few of the main restaurants missed the mark for us—especially the Thai spot, Wok Wok, which didn’t quite live up to expectations. We also heard similar feedback from other families about a couple of the other themed restaurants. As for the extras, activities and excursions were on the pricey side. We opted for the private slime experience—a must-do at the resort—but be aware that the photo packages are expensive (nearly $100 for a print and digital copy). Still, these are priceless memories, and to their credit, the staff was happy to take photos for us with our phones too, which we really appreciated. Before you go, I highly recommend doing a little research: pack extra swimwear, load up on sunscreen (the resort shop is quite expensive), and plan your days carefully. All in all, this was an unforgettable vacation, and we’re already planning our return! Highly recommend this resort for families and couples alike looking for fun, relaxation, and a touch of culture.

Very Average to say the least!
As a family of 6 we arrived to a not so warm welcome. We asked if there was any water anywhere but didn't manage to get any, not a great start. We requested adjoining rooms or rooms very close when we booked as there was no option for a room that slept 6. We were allocated 2 different types of rooms in different blocks! When I asked if anything could be done I was given the option of a paid upgrade to rooms that were next to each other. It wasn't a cheap upgrade either. As we have young children that wanted to be together, that's what we had to do. This also took the best part of 45 minutes to sort. Our bags were then collected and we were transported to our rooms. We went past 2 standard room blocks that were empty! When we got to our rooms they were ok, smelt a bit funny and the bathrooms needed a fresh up but after opening the doors and giving it a few hours it was passable. By this time we needed some food so we headed over to Zest, the buffet restaurant. Tui listing *Zest Opening Times: [08.00-11.00, 13.00-16.00, 18.30-20.00] This family-friendly dining venue has food displays with cooked-to-order options. Please note, there's an extra charge for character breakfasts* – you'll need to contact concierge to arrange this. Sadly it was shut, so we headed to the only open restaurant that night BRGRS.PH. Cool looking restaurant but felt as though the waitress was doing us. favour letting us in. There were the sum total of 18 people in! Ordered burgers and fries, kept it simple! Burgers came at 5 minute intervals and the chips took 35 minutes, the fryer wasn't working that night so they came from a different place, explains why they were cold. Gave up as a bad job and went to bed! The following day was a pool day. We ate in the buffet restaurant early and it was great! Loads of choice and the fresh stations were spot on! The bulk of staff were really nice too. The pool is right next to the beach and it's fantastic, it's hard to get a pool wrong though. The bar is nice, the pool staff are nice and friendly too. We ate at Fresco, the pool restaurant. Limited menu but all fantastic, great staff there too! Headed to the waterpark, that's good too! More for under 12's as there are only 3 larger slides at the separate pool but all in all a nice place. Staff all superb. We tried the kids club and my younger kids loved it and went back on another few occasions. Dinner that night at the buffet, really nice. The bulk of the hot food was either cold or slightly warm but the salads were really nice. During our holiday the buffet was closed for 4 nights so we tried the different restaurants. Booking was a pain and we had to wait, we didn't book in the morning as we didn't know the buffet was closed 🤷♂️ The Italian was not great, dry lasagne, tasteless pesto pasta and cold chicken. The repurposed breakfast bread with dips were the highlight in there. Pretty happy there was always a cheese and ham sandwich in the ice-cream bar to make up for it. The Wok Wok restaurant was ok, the kids seemed to enjoy it in there. I ordered the wrong meal but tried everyone's and it was all ok. Not WOW, but ok. Space Walker restaurant was naff!! Really tired decor and bored staff. We waited a good 40 minutes from sitting down to eating and it wasn't busy. We shouldn't have waited but the buffet was shut (again). I ordered steak, it must have been a starter portion sadly. Maybe it was out of season as it wasn't that busy, but maybe let customers know restaurants will be closed so we can decide if we stay there or choose somewhere with more resources. Plus points: - Pool bars great - Poolside food great - Poolside staff really nice - Beach great - Buffet when its open, good - Great waterpark for sub 12 year olds Negative points - Miserable evening staff - Evening Entertainment could have been better (like when young kids ask you to - Very average restaurants (Houston we have a problem) - Advertised Nickelodeon food not available during our stay - Rooms have never seen 5 Stars - Hotel should be 4 Stars at a real push Will we go back, no! Should I have booked more carefully, Yes! The hotel next door looked awesome tho!
