Don’t waste your time or money

Last time I will stay here. Don’t bother with the early check in that they charge $20 for, it didn’t make any difference. We arrived at about nine am and were told that our room would be ready between eleven and one and that we would be notified when the room was ready. Well, we finally went back to check in after the normal three pm check in since we still hadn’t been notified. Finally got our room then and a refund but a total waste of time. Better to stay elsewhere.

    Back again asap!

Queen View Century Tower room was great. Checked in a bit early, no hassle or extra cost. Super- comfortable bed and smallish room has everything you need (although a free fridge would be a massive positive for future) Had a ball in the casino as always, the Centre Bar is very popular - probably because it is great! Fab position on the strip and Tom’s Watch and Nine Fine Irishmen are always well worth a chilled out hour or two of your time.

    Not the best..

Staff was great but comfort of the rooms was lacking. Plumbing had a hard time draining both in the sink and in the shower. They use very thin toilet paper, and the beds were not very comfortable. The room we had was a premiere and quite spacious, plenty of storage space and a mini fridge, which was nice, but I honestly wouldn't stay again just due to the beds being uncomfortable and the bathroom/plumbing situation.

    Dump w/a Side of Bacon

There was bacon in my room! And not as a welcome gift. It was sprinkled on my floor and I was fortunate enough to step on it with bare feet. And that wasn't the worst part of my experience. If you love roller coasters - you will hear this one non-stop.

Not given the right info when I checked in.

Glad I checked out at the desk. If not I would of been over charged. I paid for the meal plan and they did not deduct my credit. The check in clerk didn't give me the list of restaurants to use. Said they were all pretty much useable and there were not. Checking out the clerk had to get permission to credit my card.
