    NYNY Hotel & Hospitality

    Great hotel, friendly staff who are helpful and treat you with respect and welcome you to the hotel. Not overly crowed, Housekeeping excellent. Very clean throught the casino. Safe and lots of security. Much better than before. Seems like people are happy to be there.

    Bait and switch scam

    The Presidential suite that I ordered was not the one photoed in the website. You have been warned. Its a bait and switch. I expected something else. They said, "oh sorry" we dont have that available. Well it was available when you took my money!

    A little bit of SOHO

    This hotel exceeded my expectations and I am picky. I loved the SOHO vibe of the rooms and the train station like signs in the hallways. Room was clean, bed was comfy and my only complaint - You can hear the roller coaster late at night - bring a sleep machine or use an app. Bring conditioner if you need it and use it - they only have body wash and shampoo in the shower. No other amenities in the room so just be aware. Other that that - great stay, easy y to navigate the hotel. Great place to stay if you are going to the hockey area - literally out the door - pass some restaurants and you are there. Inside is decorated really cool too

    Best Birthday trip ever! Won 5 jackpots total on this trip with the last night giving me the biggest jackpot there!

    The best hotel on the strip!! Staff friendly, clean remodeled rooms, food options are great, love the security roaming the hotel making us feel a li safer. My purse was stolen from me sitting at my machine a few years ago. They make sure the safety of their guest are priority! Hit a jackpot on our last night at the hotel at NYNY!!!

    Great Las Vegas hotel, New York, New York

    Great location with many options to eat. Great bars with great service. The hotel has been modernized with beautiful updated rooms. They also have an extremely friendly staff. I have stayed at many hotels on the strip Including more expensive hotels-and this is my favorite. if you are planning to go to a hockey game, concert or any event at the mobile arena it is easy walking distance
