Dog-Friendly Fee applies as follows:

This has nothing to do with hotel. Went to do the roller coaster and my 9 year old was too short after buying tickets. While he was devastated, Joseph at the ticket counter turned his night around. This guy is a first class employee. I never write reviews, but he definitely deserves a 5 star shout out.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, awesome hotel.!
I had an absolutely fabulous experience at the New York New York hotel. The staff there were all super Helpful. I have mobility issues and while I was walking to the self check in a front desk clerk (Lachell Brown) noticed me struggling and she immediately came to my assistance. She took me to a seat, brought me some water and helped me get checked in. She then called for someone to assist me to my room with a wheelchair, and arranged a mobility scooter for me with concierge. Security personal was also super helpful and friendly. (Aaron Walker) assisted me a couple times during my stay, transporting me to my car or back from my car when I was not able to use the mobility scooter. I really felt like the staff here care about each and every guest. The room was super clean, with awesome views of the strip, MGM grand, and the expanse of Las Vegas. The casino staff were also friendly and helped me with any questions that I had. My children and myself all had an absolutely wonderful vacation.

A nice place, but very expensive both in the restaurants and the stores seven dollars for a bottle of soda, which is extremely expensive and my room. The bathroom was not in very good shape. It was dirty and it’s not like smoke. The bellhops were very helpful and the front desk people were kind of I don’t know exactly what they thought they were doing, but they had to go They didn’t know exactly what they were looking at or how to handle because I was not informed about. I didn’t have a credit card on file just to stay there even though I was paying cash for the room.

nice and clean room
the room was new, clean and very well kept. houskeeping was good. pillows were good. towels were good. toiletries were not so good. a bit of tender love and care in the elevetors would be incredible. i am just writting stuff now to I can get to the 200 character. finally

Great value for the location! Plenty of places to eat/drink. Guest room was clean and comfortable. Just ask for a room away from the roller coaster. Also, free water in the gym if you bring your own bottle. I would stay again. Recommend the “Empire Tower”.
