Dog-Friendly Fee applies as follows:

The rooms were nice but feel there should be conditioner along with shampoo. I do feel that housekeeping was top notch. I would consider staying again but would hope that some changes would be bad to adding Conditioner with the shampoo. Thank you

Avoid checking in at the desk. They will screw it up. The less you have to deal with their incompetence the better off you will be. Hotel itself is wonderful and clean. I advised checking in through app or online. Staff screwed up our early check in experience and no comps were offered for the mistake they admitted to. Stated they don’t comp based on policy. Thought this was Vegas.

Would stay here again!
All staff were completely professional and friendly, especially the check-in desk. You don't even need to leave the resort due to the variety and quality of the restaurants. The casino is also super nice. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough.

Horrible
Room was small was un-top of each other. It did not accommodate 4 people well. Called front desk and the lady was rude and unhelpful at first. Finally was told we could move the second day. Well we did move but they tried to put us in a dirty room. The people before us had stuff left in the room and the room was a mess and smelled. Thank god for the person helping us move all our stuff as he was the only person that helped us during our stay. He was kind and definitely put his customers first.

Great Experience Overall
It was well themed, it had a comfortable and convenient.room, it had lots of food choices with varying price points. It was in a good location, With both interesting shops inside and surrounding the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel stay. We will likely go back Moderately priced.
