Jul 06, 2023Wonderful Property in Paradise
Our unit was wonderful G260 privately owned and rented through Airbnb. It is a corner unit. Roger was a great landlord! The unit was super clean and comfortable, with everything you might need for a beach or hiking day. The property it's self is nice and quiet with 2 pools and a hot tub. A very short walk to Napili Beach is definitely a highlight. There are 2 restaurants on the property as well. The Gazebo (very popular for breakfast and lunch) and Kitchen 5315 which also serves breakfast (not sure about lunch) and dinner. They have a nice happy hour as well. On the far side of Napili Bay(walking distance)is the Sea House Restaurant. Open for all meals also with a very nice happy hour. We had a wonderful time and have already made our arrangements for next year!

Great small hotel in paradise!
We have stayed at this small hotel several times and love many things about it. The location is perfect. Short walk to the beautiful Napili beach but set up above the rocks for a perfect view. Rooms are large and comfortable with all the amenities if you would like to cook in the room and or use the bbq’s on the property. Two pools never feel terribly busy. Having the Gazebo restaurant on premises is a bonus as you can order and take back to your room instead of waiting in line. Chair and equipment rentals there at the hotel is another nice bonus. You can get everything you need there. Hotel restaurant is good and seating almost always available.

Great place for both honeymoon couples and families.
This condo is a real find. The gardens are beautiful and most every room has a partial view of the ocean. The area is quiet and the rooms are great. Has a full size kitchen which is nice. You should plan on bringing you own coffee and tea, as they don't keep any on hand. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glass wear, utensils, cups and cooking things. Both pools are great and a shot walk to a beauitful beach, white sands, clear water and a nice place to snorkel. The main restaurant is very good and average price for this area. You can walk to the coast trail and see some spectacular sites, sunsets etc. that you can't see by car. With all the Hawaiian trees and bushes this is a very romantic spot as well as a great spot for families. This is almost perfect.

This place is absolutely beautiful! I just had the worst experience with the staff at the hotel I’ve ever had in my 67 years of travel. My wife needed to use the facilities and our room key didn’t work. The receptionist announced over the intercom we have a very angry guest whose key isn’t working. She berated my wife and then when we asked to speak to the general manager, he berated us as well. Nasty people!! We walked back and forth to the desk only to be argued with each time. Beautiful place, heed this note or your vacation can end on this sour note.

I’ve been coming to Napili Shores for 10 years and I have to say unfortunately it’s gone a bit downhill. There is no security guard that monitors at night like before, keeping rowdy guests at bay. This is a chill spot. Not a party resort. My condo hasn’t updated their facilities for years, uncomfortable beds and people were smoking pot below my family members studio. I have no problem with smoking pot but not in the studio, go to the parking lot or beach/bluff area. I feel like the prices have gone up with no improvements to the general area or individual condos. There are a lot of views on Maui so be careful that you find a balance with price and accommodation. Also, no recycling? For an island that is trying to protect the aina, to have no ability to recycle is really upsetting.
