Westin Hotel Columbus staff literally saved our son’s life
Westin hotel in Columbus was literally a lifesaver for our college-age son who was trying to travel across country. A million thank yous to Samantha for helping get my son check into a room when he was completely abandoned by Greyhound bus line on December 23rd&24th in Columbus due to the “bomb cyclone” storm. Then Brad and the rest of the team at the hotel were there to help him stay safe and keep sheltered. We are so grateful for the professionalism, kindness and incredible responsiveness of Sam, Brad and all. Very grateful parents in San Diego California.

Comfort and taste meet history
Our second stay at this stunning piece of history was as pleasant as the first. A downtown architectural gem that is the oldest Columbus hotel, the small rooms and public spaces are well-appointed and maintained. Visit the stained glass-lined ballroom, location of President McKinley’s inaugural ball. Helpful and friendly staff. Great central location with reasonable parking. We will be back!

Over night visit to Columbus
First, when you walk in the door you will be struck by the beautiful lobby. I have to say the staff at check in are flawless and incredibly welcoming. I give check in 5 out of 5 stars. Yes, the rooms are small and the bathroom vanity table was certainly lacking space to set your toiletries. It would have been really cramped if I was sharing the room. On the upside, the bed was very comfortable and even though the room faces High Street the noise level was not bad. The only hiccup I had was the in room coffee bar was lacking regular coffee. Not a fun discovery at 6am. However I was able to get dressed and go down to the lobby for a cup of coffee. So overall, my experience was really good and I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are just Too Small & and No Desk
The hotel is historic and looks nice but to stay here for work, and try to do work in the room, just doesn't make it. You don't have a desk but a table next to the couch. Due to the small size of this room, one has to constantly move their luggage around. Fortunately I was by myself. The staff was good. Finally, the TV selection is just fair as almost all stations offered have commercials and only 2 "premium stations"

Great hotel, fantastic service and amazing restaurant attached!
I had the best experience last week! Charles Warren and Haji Komilov are the friendliest, most attentive desk managers. They were honest and helpful and went above and beyond to guide me to local sites and markets. I had a room with a park view. It was large and well-appointed. It looked newly remodeled and everything in it was brand new. The entire hotel looked as if it had just been remodeled. Nice bathrooms with plenty of hot water with good pressure. Also, Bar Cicchetti, attached to the hotel, is one of the best restaurants I have dined in. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Even the coffee was good! I stayed at the Hotel Le Veque the last time I was in Columbus. They have a good restaurant, but it wasn't as good as Bar Cicchetti. I will return to The Westin Columbus the next time I visit my family. Thank you!
