We had the most attentive and amazing waitress, Sandra at the pool. She was very sweet and funny. The service was great she anticipated all of our needs! We will for sure be back to hang out in her section.

Poolside Perfection
We had the best poolside experience! The setting was serene and perfect for a relaxing afternoon in the sun. We also really enjoyed the unconventional musical combo of DJ + live Saxophonist, which created an upbeat but chill vibe. But what made the day exceptional was the outstanding service from Sandra. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. From refreshing drinks to thoughtful recommendations, her hospitality added that extra touch of excellence to an already beautiful setting. Can’t wait to come back!

Sandra was terrific!! The place was alive and great energy was flowing...the food was unexpectedly delicious and the beer was flowing

Amazing place for a staycation
The hotel staff were all excellent, and seemed to enjoy working there. The room was top notch and the value is incomparable. Not to mention the food - everything I ate there, whether in Hearth 61 or at Rusty’s was amazing. I will go back as much as I can.

World-class Experience in Modern Desert Luxury
Mountain Shadows Resort is a world-class experience wrapped in modern desert luxury. We’re schoolteachers who stayed here for part of our honeymoon, and out of all the places we visited across several cities, Mountain Shadows was at the very top of our list! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like five-star celebrities. Every member of the team made us feel so genuinely welcomed and celebrated. Special thanks to: *Sydnee at Reception for her warm energy, *Don from Hospitality who made every detail feel effortless, *Penny our lovely waitress who remembered us like regulars, *Regan at Concierge for making every question feel important, *Chris from Maintenance for being quick and kind, *James and Andy, the Drivers who made our comings and goings smooth and enjoyable. Mountain Shadows, you made our honeymoon unforgettable- and we can’t wait to return (maybe next time with grading done ahead of time!).
