Peaceful Bliss in Paradise ...
After a very busy and hectic Tax Season, I needed a brain break. We have family in the Phoenix AZ area, so decided to come spend Easter Sunday with them. Mountain Shadows and its staff made us feel special from the very first moment we arrived. The resort is situated in one of the most beautiful locations in all of the Valley. Quiet, peaceful, relaxing, delicious food and excellent customer service. If your into golf, the courses and clubhouse are top notch. The rooms, pools and the entire resort is modern and fresh. Thank you so much for re-energizing us!

Sunset Sound Bath
The Moon and Stars sound bath at the Sunset pool was an incredible experience, it was sold out, and I got the most wonderful feedback from so many guests! Very grateful to be a long time team member at this incredible resort, I’m looking forward to being back many times this summer! The Tranquility Retreat will be next!

Awesome TRX workout class!
I had a great time trying TRX for the first time! Really engaged full body and very therapeutic class with Brian. Combine this with the luxurious stay, awesome service and sprawling views of the mountain / nature - I give my stay at MS a 10/10z Thanks!

10/10
As someone who lived in Old Town for many years, Mountain Shadows is my go-to for visiting my former home. The location is perfect, the staff, accommodations and dining are top notch. The beef tenderloin at Hearth '61 is an absolute must! I was able to enjoy a relaxing visit back, catch up with my friends who still live in the area and also enjoy the pool without ever leaving the resort. I rented a cabana, which I highly recommend to enjoy the live music that is offered on the weekends. The pool staff is super attentive, speedy and all of the food was amazing at the pool as well.

Book it!
We had an overall excellent time at Mountain Shadows! We had a gorgeous suite with a full kitchen with dining table, living area, bed and bathroom. I loved that the suite had a washer and dryer so we could take home clean clothes. We also loved our patio space which opened out from the living room and had a beautiful fire pit. We lounged at the pool all day, and our server Sandra was amazing. Her whole team made sure we hydrated and fueled up for the beautiful Arizona sun! The resort is close to all of the very best of Scottsdale. You can dine, spa, shop and check out all tourist attractions or stay on property and do mostly all of the same things! Absolutely beautiful place and will come again. My husband and I came alone to celebrate my birthday but this resort is family friendly and we would be happy to bring our kiddos back again!
